“We purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Lacy for our new home. They delivered them and installed them on time. unfortunately the washer had a defect. Within a couple of days they sent someone out to look at it and it was defective. Do you know they had loaded one on the truck to replace it if it was bad. What unexpected great service.
