“By far my favorite staff of ALL TIME, always been there for me. Helped me & welcomed me everytime I have entered the branch. (I visit for no reason at times just because they kickstart my day with a smile). “Every time I come to this Wells Fargo office I leave satisfied and happy with the attention of all their staff. Today I had the opportunity to be assisted by Michael, a kind, smiling and attentive young man. Help me with everything I need. I recommend it at all times. My time at the bank didn't last more than 10 minutes. It has ample parking space. I was surprised to see all their remodeling! Super nice and cozy office.”

“I think most of the negative reviews here are for HSBC, which Citizens acquired. I've also had less than stellar experiences with HSBC and can relate to those reviews. I'm surprised that Citizens inherited all the reviews from HSBC because the HSBC reviews are no longer relevant. I went into the branch today and had an excellent experience.
