“Even though we ended up had to close all of our accounts, the entire family base on the corporate decision, but this wells fargo's branch had been taking a good care on us. Last month, I personal received the letter from wells fargo bank informing me about account enclosure. At that time, I were struggling to find out the reasons. I decided to call in and made an appointment to have a banker to help me find out about this matter. Thankful to the staffs, they were very helpful. Even I would get the same answer nothing I could do much, but I were glad I stop by at the bank and asked them to help. Everything went smoothly, all accounts closed with the cashier check handy which took us less than 30 mins. Thank you for your support.”

“Everyone at this bank in Tysons has been wonderful except for one female banker. The tellers are always so friendly and KT, the manager, Milan, Osama and Brad have been great. I have all my accounts and mortgages there and they have spent hours helping me when I was hacked. There's always parking, although it's getting more scarce because Metro riders have been parking there. (I am sure they will take care of it soon). The only complaint is that sometimes one has to wait quite a while to get a banker as they don't have enough personnel. However, I have been going there since it opened and there is rarely much of a teller line.. perhaps at lunch time or after work. It has a drive through and 24 hour ATM service. And it's right next to McDonald's!”

“Obtaining a car loan from Navy Federal Credit Union was a great idea and a good experience. I did need to ask for a manager and not general customer service personnel. Once I got to someone who could provide a change to my loan request, it was smooth sailing.
