“Wonderful garden department. Very convenient and store representatives are usually helpful or at least try to be (Ace Hardware has much better trained and knowledgeable store reps). Whenever any packaged product is bought, however, usually go to the hardware/fastener section to purchase real screws or hardware for the product, as sometimes the included hardware is of such poor quality that they don't hold up, e.g., screw heads that shear off when you use a power screwdriver - good luck digging out the screw post. Nails that are of questionable integrity and content. Stainless steel hardware should not rust. Nonetheless, very happy that they have and offer what they do, as they are very convenient. Also find their Android app to be very convenient.”

“I am so happy I found Albert and his company, Astro Services. I own a spa in Alexandria and we wanted to get in-ceiling speakers in stalled for our music since we have extremely noisy upstairs neighbors. “In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Today, we stopped by to pick a masonry drill bit set and the customer service were through the roof! It was amazing! Wow, we were shocked at the level of customer service! Great job!!! Don”
“This is my regular go-to for jobs around the house and is pretty much like any other Home Depot except for two things: 1. There are plenty of employees around, but most aren't of much help finding things or answering questions and 2. While they have a good selection and stock of standard fasteners, their metric and specialty fasteners are a hot mess. I would suggest you go to an Ace Hardware if you need metric fasteners.”

We did a complete renovation, including opening it up to the dining room which required taking out an "L" shaped wall. They were courteous and respectful throughout the process, especially with any snags we hit along the way. Between those moments and the ones in which they ensured little details were appropriately covered, we felt relieved we had chosen this company. Probably the most notable was a manufacturing issue we had with one of our cabinets; the team continued to try to amend this until they were able to fix it appropriately.
