The staff were lovely, but sadly, the manager was quite stingy. We had our preprinted labels ready and simply needed a small piece of tape—just a few inches—to secure them, but we were turned down. Instead, we were asked to pay an extra $2 per package on top of all the UPS charges we were already paying. Feeling disappointed and discouraged, we decided to leave and tape the packages ourselves. This has never happened to us at any other shipping store or UPS location. Very disheartening experience.

This store is fantastic—The staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We use this location for shipping packages and Amazon returns mainly, and they always make the experience easy and stress-free.
What makes this location truly special is the owner, Marlon. He always remembers me and my family and greets us warmly with a big smile every time we walk in. It’s such a personal touch that makes us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated as customers.
The location is also super convenient, making it easy to pop in and get everything done quickly. It’s clear they prioritize excellent customer service, and I always leave feeling like a valued customer.

**POSITIVE REVIEWS BELOW MOST LIKELY FAKE BASED ON MY HORRIFIC ENCOUNTER WITH MARLON, THE OWNER TODAY**
I had a terrible experience with this UPS store in Great Falls. I dropped off both a UPS package and a USPS package. The clerk accepted both without any issues. However, a week went by, and the USPS package still wasn't tracking. When I contacted USPS, they couldn't locate it either.
I called the store twice and spoke with Marlon, who turned out to be the owner. Instead of being helpful, he was defensive, incredibly rude, and even threaten to hang up on me. He outright told me he couldn't deal with me. I was shocked to learn that as the owner, he referred me to speak with a manager at a different location instead of trying to help me.
I'm extremely upset with the lack of customer service and professionalism, especially since I was never informed that the store has no system in place to account for USPS packages dropped off or picked up from their location. If it gets lost, it's completely at your own risk.
Avoid dropping off any USPS packages or any package where a receipt cannot be generated at this store. The lack of accountability and the poor treatment I received is unacceptable.

He's not just a manager but a part of the crew, eagerly jumping in to handle boxes and readily engaging with customers and staff.
Marlon's love for his job shines through his constant smile and the energy he brings, making the store feel like his playground.
Whether he’s packing boxes, chatting with customers, or enjoying the workday hustle, his passion is palpable.
I frequent this UPS store for Amazon returns and shipping our own packages, and it’s always a delight to interact with the team.
Alex deserves a special mention for impeccably directing the flow of operations, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and UPS drivers.
During COVID-19, as online shopping became our norm, this UPS store has been the backbone of Great Falls. Their diligent work, often under the pressure of processing multiple returns and coordinating with heavy UPS trucks, has not gone unnoticed.
We, as a community, owe them our support for their tireless efforts.
Every team member, from Evy, the young lady with the striking purple hair highlight to the young assistant Jaalen, with his always smiling face, provides exemplary service. I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten box and they have provided assistance or printing labels directly to their printer with speed and efficiency all that requires effort, knowledge and ability to do a great work and all of them provided that and more.
They offer a range of supplies, like tape at reasonable prices, and boxes for those last-minute Amazon drop-offs.
This team's diversity in personalities and strengths creates a perfect blend, making this UPS store the go-to for all our mailing needs. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere and I extend my heartfelt thanks to Marlon for his exceptional leadership.
His skill in managing both his staff and customers ensures the store meets our neighborhood’s high standards.
A gentle reminder to the community: although the team is accommodating, we should respect their closing hours. Let’s not make last-minute visits - they deserve to join their families on time.
