“If I could give 10 stars, I would. They made everything so easy, they even communicated with the local enterprise car rental for me. They communicated clearly with me. They fixed up my vehicle in 5 hours, so I got him back the same day. Just amazing- very impressed. Highly recommend if you need any body work on your vehicle!”

“I had a rounded lug nut I couldn't remove with the wrench that came with the car. I was able to buy a few extra lug nuts, and the counter man even came out with a wrench to help me remove the nut I couldn't. There were only two employees working. They were dealing with about six customers, with the phone ringing nonstop, as well. They were doing all they could, one person at a time, with amazing grace under pressure.”
“I received service for my trailer which had a problem with one wheel sliding when braking was applied. This has been an unsolved issues since the trailer was new, years ago. This trailer was not purchased from Leonard’s but the dealership was unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts. This issue made the trailer brakes nearly useless, plus ruined a tire, very frustrating to say the least. It appears, so far, that the repair personnel may have resolved the issue. Leonard’s personnel were very helpful and informative with this issue and other interactions as well. I recommend them due to good customer service.”

If you need a safe place to go that will take care of you with any vehicular need, I would recommend Auto Zone in Stuart Draft, VA.
Especially if you’re a Veteran, go there. You will be taken care of!

When the installation proved challenging due to my car's computer system, the manager stepped in to ensure a seamless fix. Even though the store wasn't busy, their service was top-notch and efficient. Clark's expertise and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. Five stars for O'Reilly's - they'll have my business from now on!”

“This is a fantastic location for service. We happened to be traveling through on our way back home to Texas from an emergency family trip to VA: We had a terrible, no-good, rotten week and then realized we were due for an oil change and were just starting home. I looked up dealerships all across the nation to see if we could find one a few hours out - all terrible....except for Valley VW that happened to be 10 minutes behind us. I called the day after Thanksgiving and was kindly, quickly transferred to Eric in service. I asked if they could get us in and he said "come on down, we'll get you taken care of." I was so thankful and thrilled after our long, hard week and anticipation of a long drive home, too (24hrs). They got us right in and out in under an hour. Thanks for giving us service and kindness that we historically associate with VW - but that is missing from most now. Eric and team at Valley VW - you rock!”
