I can also talk with the Branch Manager if I need to, Phil goes out of his way to make you feel a part of First Citizens Bank and Thanks to him and all the employees I will be a life long customer.”

“The 5 stars is for the tellers. Taylor, Stacey, and Sarah. Zero stars for whoever the manager is. I think his name is Carlos. I have been with this bank 10 years, when it was american national and now atlantic.
There is no leadership, there are no incentives to come there. Last time I came into bank the manager was smoking outside. This is Chatham Virginia. As long and as much as my wife I do business here is a disgrace to Chatham virginia.”
