“This place is a gem. It's my favorite nursery/garden center in Western Loudoun County.
The staff are all super friendly and helpful from top to bottom. The inventory covers everything you might need: all varieties of outdoor plants, trees, and shrubs; indoor and outdoor; gardening supplies, mulch, compost, and tools; a great selection of statuary, pottery, and fountains. They also have farm fresh eggs and some other goodies stocked from nearby farms, which I always grab when I'm there.
I recently moved to West Loudoun County and the house we bought has a great yard, but I'm not a very experienced gardener. Two of the owners here have gone out of their way to teach me about the trees I have in the yard, how to take care of them, and they've given me great recommendations.
This place is definitely worth your time to visit!”
“If you want a fresh beautiful tree to adorn your home for the holidays, look no further. Ask for Tom, he'll do right by you. Every single tree has a staff appointed name attached to it. The tree becomes part of your family holiday celebration. The entire team are friendly and helpful. This is our go-to!”
“It's a Home Depot...I mean, not sure what more to say. I've frequented this location so many times I can't count them. The return counter can be slow at times; but once you engage with the staff, they definitely help you out! The isles are good, the selection is good, the pricing is good. I've also used their appliance department and installation...good work, no complaints. I'm partial to the Ryobi One tool series, so they get my power tool business. I'm an bit of a DIYer, so they usually get my random material, hardware, and hand tool business too. I do wish the return policy for building materials was longer...since sometimes projects can take a long time to start, and of course finish...so ability to return unopened, unused surplus after 30/60/90 days would be most welcome. Other than that, again, no complaints.”

“Enjoy going to the store, but mostly I appreciate the fact that if I forget to call in my weekly order, Grace will give me a reminder. And the delivery guys are very accommodating.”

“Home Depots vary a lot by location. This is a very good one. I've been coming here for 9 years. They don't have as much selection as the local Lowes, which is the size of a small town. But this is rarely an issue. The staff here in Leesburg are friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will likely not rest until they find you someone who does know the answer. I also suggest using the Home Depot app. It's very helpful.”
“Yesterday, I placed an order for pick up after hours. I noticed that not everything was outside that I ordered. I saw a gentleman named Tony who was walking to his car. I felt bad but I needed the items for some work I was doing. He kindly helped me out and went back in and got the things missing from my order. Needless to say, great customer service and I truly appreciated the help!”
