The customer service is horrible her. Shondra the assistant manager is very rude!! She placed me on hold twice and hung up on me twice. After 4 calls. I had to call back and get her name for this review.. Employers need to better.Hiring a bad employee is bad for business.

Your drivers are absolutely ridiculous I was going down Victory Boulevard just a few minutes ago and right at the junction where 64 meets Victory one of your trucks number 65 almost took the front end off of my truck getting off of Interstate running in excess of 60 MPH swung all the way over to the left lane and then looked at me like I did something wrong they almost took the front end off my truck I flashed my lights and blew my horn and then they sped off down Victory across Jefferson

Terrible customer service! These people don't care about there customers in the least! They make you feel like your an inconvenience! I was always happy with Aaron's in the past, but I will say for certain that the Hampton location on mercury Blvd has terrible customer service. My family and I feel let down and ridiculous. I should not have to beg for a service I am willing to overpay for in the first place. I need a TV and these people can't get what I ordered, never called to tell me different, and has zero sympathy for not having my TV here when they said! After almost a week, they tell me they don't know when or if they can get the tv, but that they have a TV in store that would take another week for me to get it! I'm 5 miles away!!! Thanks Aaron's, for making me not want to be a customer anymore! Having to wait 3 months for a TV is unacceptable! You people need more transparency

Been dealing with aarons for ten years now and they have always been my go too until this evening .. spoke to them a few days ago agreed payment on weds .. worked late . So today they showed back up demanded payment for more then what was agreed out of spite because i havent contacted them after we spoke on friday at my house .why would i contact if they were here ?. obviously there employee communication isnt good if there own "account manager" didnt know they were here and made a arrangement .. manager was unproffesional lied to me and said they were not here and was demanding payment or property .. the kicker is i only owed a couple hundred bucks on a 1200$ lease thats 90% payed off..spent thousands with them never defaulted ..10 years been a customer !! Ten years !!!..the manager shandra was very rude and unproffessional after im done payin off my final payment ill deffinately take my business elsewere to another company that isnt gonna be rude and lie and charge me more after your co workers were here.. very dissapointing beware

Guess I should've read the small print!My chair cushion covers are fringing after just a few months, I asked was that covered in the warranty they said noAn associate assumed and then recommended 'that I stop letting my children pull the cushion cover apart'I offered to pay for replacement cushion covers they then advised I go on Amazon to find a close match.I'm still shocked.

I don't know about their store but one of their drivers was pretty aggressive this evening. He rode my tail until he could get around me. We both ended up at a red light at the same time. He rolled down his window and started shouting at me. I kept my windows up and my door locked. He then swung open his door and continued yelling. He is a danger to other drivers and should be reprimanded. If I had gotten his license plate, I would have called the police.

Don't sign up for the aaron's team thing. They don't honor it. I had a death in the family and asked if I could skip a payment to handle burial details but they refused. The manager is ok, but the staff is rude and have attitudes when you ask other questions. Glad to be returning the product today.

This store is BASURA everybody in here is uneducated in their job and has an attitude. Everybody in here is always acting like they have an issue with clients asking them questions and I’m constantly being told different things. The man who closed this location on Sunday July 10th 2022 was yelling over me and being rude and abrasive bc I was confused when I was told I could bring in my bank information and when I rushed in I was told that I couldn’t use it. He called his boss and was being snide on the phone not giving the information I had given him to ask the correct questions. He was yelling over me and wouldn’t even let me ask anything. I was asking if I had to make a payment before I received the item given the fact that I would have to order a new card. He was walking around my question being rude and yelling when the correct answer would’ve simply been no. I WILL NOT. Be getting the appliance I was waiting A MONTH to be delivered to the store. These people that they’re hiring have no business working in customer service.

Aaron's is very deceptive. I tried ordering a mattress I saw on the website. Local store said it takes up to 3 months to get because it coming from a third party. If you want something it needs to in store only. In the local store they had no mattresses that met our needs. Manager told me to go home and go on their website and find the bed I want. He would see that order from his store. That was not true! No where on their website does it tells you who the third parties are and which one is store only. As a consumer I should be informed that a product will take up to three months to order and I should know what orders are available quicker. In my opinion a company should not advertise merchandise they don't have. Third party vendors should be taking down on Aaron's website. It decieves you into thinking you can get the merchandise in a normal time frame. When in fact it takes 3 months. Also, the website should be more transparent about what is immediate stock. Very disappointed! Been a loyal customer for many years. Sad Aaron's has gone this way.

I didn't know a company could get even worse when you thought you was done with them. After they refused to stand behind their products I went in in February and paid them off. Two months later stated getting phone calls two to three times a day. Then they sent people to my house. They wanted me to pay for a TV that I had never bought. Worst place ever.
