I had an amazing experience with this Cox Office. The Sales Specialist Rhonda T. worked very hard to help me! Her professionalism and attention to details and my concerns was greatly appreciated. She is a true asset to this location!!!

Went in to drop off one cable box and upgrade another, ended up with much more. David examined my account and called his manager Donald over to point out that I was missing available bundle discounts. This surprised me because I had asked about them when I signed up for Cox Mobile over the phone (Not at this store). David applied the discounts and helped me realize I was paying for several things I was not using. Bundles were applied, services dropped, and I left happy and looking forward to a much smaller bill. David and Donald were my heroes for the day.

I came into cox cable to exchange my box for another one and I was already frustrated from the day before dealing with another rude,and nasty assistant manager her name is Kristen I was really thinking about canceling everything but came back Saturday and Vanessa Jasper just made me continue with my services her customer service was top tier I love how she communicated everything i had on my account she was just awesome and I really appreciate everything she did for me her conversation helped me understand everything thank you Vanessa Jasper you are AWESOME 👌

When I went there to get my Wi-Fi unit, Mr. David made my experience amazing! He was knowledgeable, funny and made the process very easy. He also helped me to realize that what I was told from online wasn’t the same at the store so I came out with a better product for a cheaper price.

David H is one of the most helpful people there. twice I have come in and each time he has given extremely helpful advice and ended up being able to fix most of the issues I had been having.

Great internet. When it works. I have been dealing with a nearly daily loss of internet. I have swapped out the router. Had a tech come out. Still the same old song and dance. When I ask about it in store they try to suggest that its the speed I am paying for. All I want is for an uninterrupted internet experience. That's all. Seems simple enough right? But no. It's not. Instead once a day I have to use the app for it to just tell me there are no known issues in the area, follow the instructions to get it back up. Which it does. After a few tries. Go with someone else, trust me. Unless you enjoy unplugging and plugging back in your router on a daily basis for the internet to come back.
