One of our phones had a broke screen. I scheduled an appointment to fix the screen. I brought it in and discussed with the clerk for the time frame to have the screen repaired. We were given a time and returned just before the completion time and the phone was ready.

Good customer service. I was told it’ll take an hour and they meant that! I walked in exactly an hour later and my phone was already at the counter waiting for pick up! Screen was cracked on the inside btw
