Two days before my road trip the AC went out in my car. I came in the day before I left in a panic because it was about to be a long car ride, and I had called several places and no one could get to it that day.
Michael helped me out at the counter and when he asked the problem, my nine year old daughter spoke up and he respectfully listened to everything she had to say. I try to teach her independence and way too many places have either interrupted her or looked at me the entire time she talks. So thanks Michael!
Zach called with the quote and timeline and told me they needed a part but would do everything they could to get it out that day. I called right before close and spoke with Trisha who told me it might be midmorning, but didn't have enough information. She called me back 2 minutes before they closed to update me that it was all but done and I could pick my car up first thing. She easily could have waited for someone to call me back in the morning, but she didn't, and I spent the night stress free. Thank you Trisha!

My son didn’t leave his car here and instead went to Tire Choice where it was much more pleasant. My son is filing a claim through Silver Rock and we asked about the process and after he told me I said ok he’s covered and I know they’ll get that info when they submit whatever paperwork etc… but the guy checking in repeatedly kept saying that they’ll send the info to silver rock but if they don’t submit payment and they’ve done the work they keep the vehicle. He said if it’s 2 weeks and silver rock hasn’t paid I keep your vehicle. He acts like the owner. Everything was “I”. I just thought it was rude to keep saying it. At first I was like it’s ok it’s covered but then he just kept saying just letting you know we’ll keep your vehicle. I just didn’t understand why he kept saying it. He said they’ve never done it but just in case I’m telling you. Why would we let you keep the vehicle for 2 weeks or even a few days? We could pay for it! So my thinking is that he was thinking my son wasn’t covered and also couldn’t pay for his vehicle. Now that I’ve left I’m really upset thinking about that and if that’s why he kept saying it. But I’m glad we just said we’d go somewhere else and thank you. He couldn’t even tell he’d upset us. Anyway, I think he should change his approach with customers. His demeanor was all wrong. It’s my opinion that he would not have talked to a white man or woman like that. Absolutely no way. That was wrong! UPDATE: Tire Choice on W. Mercury Blvd will be our “choice” from now on. Curtis was great, never mentioned anything negative about payment, he simply took the information and called Silver Rock for confirmation. They went to Advance to buy the part and fixed my sons AC all at once. Great place with nice pleasant people.

I took my Jeep Renegade in for an oil change, brake pads, and brake fluid. When I came to pick it up, I got told that I’ll have to pay over $700 for everything. I immediately asked the employee why the price was so high and when I was shown the screen, it showed that they changed the rotors as well?? The employee told me that they usually change them along with the pads, but admitted it was his fault for not letting me know. The only thing he did was take off one rotor’s price, which reduced the total to $617. I think it’s ridiculous that I had to pay for maintenance that I didn’t agree on?? I specifically requested only those 3 things??

Outstanding Service and Professionalism!
I had a fantastic experience at Firestone! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to providing excellent customer service. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, gave me upfront pricing, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.
The work was completed quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about keeping their customers safe and satisfied. I really appreciated the clear communication and honest recommendations.
Highly recommend Firestone for anyone looking for reliable auto care. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

Very very very very very poor customer service. I needed air in my tires really quick and they literally took two cars after I pull up and I just pull off having go to work. They all ignored tf out of me. They really to be closed down. They’re all worthless af.

Scam artists! Sent my little brother to drop off my car for a flat repair. Tire had a small nail in the center of the treads. Without calling me (the owner of the car) they convinced my teenage brother that it needed a whole new $200 tire. Thankfully he let me know and I told them to take that new tire off, and expressed that you should not be talking to anyone other than the owner of the vehicle to get approval for maintenance.

I am a reoccurring customer to this location, and I will not be going back. This is the 2nd time they have messed up. This time, they did $700 additional work to my car that I specifically did not want done and wasn't necessary. They are crediting me only $200 of that for future service. I am highly disappointed in this location. Im just SOL on $500, the alignment that was done makes my car pull to the right, and they broke parts on my car in the process then played it off as something I authorized to have done.

I had a great experience. I needed four new tires on a Sunday and I was in need of it the same day to go out of town.
Matthew and the two techs flew through a ton of cars and was able to get me out the door in a few hours.
They were honest and even checked to see if it needed balancing and did not charge me after it proved okay.
Great service. I even got them a pizza!
Thanks for getting me back on the road in time for vacation.

These people are horrible! On the 18th of June, I had an appointment for them to check why my son’s handicap van was trembling when I accelerate. The next day I was on my way to my mechanic from the interstate. As soon as I got off the front passenger tire came off! The manager admitted to them making a mistake. I was very upset! Why would they not tighten the lug nuts. That incident cost $7800 worth of damages. Firestone manager trying to say it’s not their fault. They had no reason to take the tires off when my work order says they did! Then my mechanic watch him and his employee do something with the other 3 tires. Why? Come to find out my mechanic noticed he could take the lug nuts off by hand. Manager try to blame my mechanic because I had a cv axle part in my van. Try trying to say it’s my mechanic fault. He didn’t put the part on because I took it back because it was defective. Now there accessor won’t respond to my emails or answer my phone calls. Won’t respond to my lawyer also. Do yourself a favor! Do not do business with incompetent company! They are very negligent!
