The service was good, although there was only one employee when we picked up the rental car. We had to wait a while. The building is not in the best shape and there is no public bathroom after being there close to an hour.

My only negative comment is that the place is closed on Sundays and does not have a drop box for the keys so I had to keep the car an additional day. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. Great car and an even better price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Matt is the real MVP! We had reservations with 2 other rental car companies. They both failed us and we had no rental for our trip that we were now late for. Then here comes Matt for the win and the great customer service!! We will definitely be back and recommend our friends to the Hampton Hertz too.
