“We always rent from Enterprise. The employees at that Hampton location are really nice, attentive, and very knowledgeable. When they see us, they greet us with a smile every time. When I reserve a vehicle, they always have the vehicle class I reserve, except last week (graduation weekend), we were given a Mid-Size SUV; not as spacious, but the only other option was to cancel the appointment that was made six months ago, so we went with it. We did receive a discount for the inconvenience, which was very thoughtful; another reason why we only rent from Enterprise, THE BEST RENTAL COMPANY, WITH THE BEST EMPLOYEES—HAMPTON LOCATION!!!”

“I’ve been renting from this Enterprise location since May, and from day one, Will’s customer service has made me glad to give them my business. The service here is truly exceptional — yesterday, I accidentally left personal items in the car and didn’t realize it until late in the evening. I went to the location first thing this morning fully expecting the worst — honestly, I figured my things would already be thrown away. Instead, the team had everything ready and waiting for me.

“This business went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me!! I was returning a cargo van that I was not comfortable driving & I was willing to drop off without a full tank of gas. Ron, the man working, encouraged me to just go fill it up because it would cost A LOT! Ron called his boss & she told him to take me to fill it up if nobody was there. It was the KINDEST thing they could have done!! It save me almost $200!!! This business cares about its customers. They might get busy at times, but they do care!!”
