“This business went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me!! I was returning a cargo van that I was not comfortable driving & I was willing to drop off without a full tank of gas. Ron, the man working, encouraged me to just go fill it up because it would cost A LOT! Ron called his boss & she told him to take me to fill it up if nobody was there. “The Mercury and Armisted location has the most professional and friendly staff I've ever worked with of any business. Often they are VERY busy but manage to move all customers along very fast, even when handling calls and upset customers. What I appreciate most is the courtesy calls I receive if my reservation can not be honored because of a shortage of vehicles. The staff often will suggest another locations or will call me back if a car is returned and is available. The manager and the female asst. managers are the best.
