“Actually went in there to sell some old gold. Unfortunately, they don't buy gold. So I asked if he could make sure it was all real. He said "no problem ". Checked it all out and ended up having 14.5 grams of 14k gold and told me where up the street I could sell it. Nice gentleman. Needed a new watch battery so bought one and he installed it promptly. Great experience.”
