“I’ve been shopping at this guys store for as many years as I can remember. I think this is his third mall by now. He has always greeted me with a smile and kindness. He’s a pleasure to communicate with. The store is huge and is never a mess. You can tell he cares about his business. Always a great selection of bob inspired shirts for me to pick from, my wife loves the sun dresses. Aside from the clothes they have a lot of items. From head covers to incense. “This place should be on everyones trip list.Loved my impromptu stop here.Be warned this is NOT a QUICK stop ?An hour in this store and we (17yo Daughter) had only seen about a 1/4 of the place.So much to see and aww over.Fantastic prices and lots of hidden gemsI walked out a set of gorgeous soup bowls for only $5!!Daughter got herself some retro Tees, silk blouse and beautiful fur cuffs for a formal event.We will definitely be popping in again when we visit Norfolk!!”

This establishment said the ring looked silver and that I likely got scammed. They repaired it in a couple weeks for $58 and it looks brand new. The ladies here were friendly and appeared knowledgeable about jewelry. Would recommend this store again!”

“I wish I could give 10 stars. I was on vacation at Va. Beach (9/15/25) and was wanting a Pandora ring and bracelet. The first attempt was at the Lynhaven mall - terrible, but as soon as I stepped in this Pandora my man Joshua made up for all of that. He apologized for my bad experience at the other store and he proceeded to help me out with my first bracelet. He helped size me up and was really genuine and patient in helping me pick out my charms for the bracelet. I didn't feel rushed and his customer service was so on point that before I knew it i had spent almost $400 lol. It would have been more than that , if the rings I wanted was available. I also want to mention that while he was giving me an awesome Pandora experience he was helping four more ladies and he gave them the same superior customer service .Everyone was laughing and having a wonderful time, it was a really great ending to a vacation. To the owner/manager at this Pandora please give recognition to Joshua, he well deserves it. He is very knowledgeable about the products, he seemed to like his job and he cares about the customer. You probably should use him to train your not so nice associates, like the ones at Lynhaven mall. Thank you again Joshua and may God bless you !

“We came into town and needed a quick grill and he was able to squeeze us in. He was kind enough to take us at the end of the day and we still got our grills the next morning with less than a 18 hour turnaround definitely would recommend.”
