“The entire Jiffy Lube Team is amazing and have excellent customer service skills! I took my daughter’s car there to get the AC charged. However, when the technician attempted to pull the car forward to be serviced, it would no longer start.The staff checked the fluid levels and provided insight on how to fix my daughter’s vehicle.
The technicians also went above and beyond to help me to move the vehicle to a parking space that would be easily accessible for a tow truck to pick it up. I would definitely recommend their services to others.”
“We brought our Traverse in because our rear A/C was not working. In the end it ended up being a module they had to order and then get it reprogramed. It seemed like the issue was something that isn't common and instead of giving up they went line by line and sounded like they called around to make sure they got the right part. During the time it was in the shop H & H would always call us with new developments and ask us what we would like to do and gave us their honest opinion. The price was very fair while the workmanship was beyond great. If you ever need any HVAC work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I know its become our go to for HVAC work on our cars and we will be recommending it to anyone that asks.”
