“Been with Coastal since 2003. They are very honest about what needs done and what doesn't. That is worth our gold. They are dependable. You know the work is done well. I have a 2006 Toyota Matrix that runs like a dream because they have cared for it since day one. Can't say enough good about Coastal!

“OMG I cannot say enough good stuff and sing the praises of Tamika, Greg and Christian. My Honda Fit 🚙 stopped working and would not turn on. I needed to drive my car from VA to NY and was short on time. I came by and even though they were swamped and couldn’t get it done the same day they took a look at it in between their jobs and was able to give me an idea of the issue. They started working on it first thing the next day and even stayed late to ensure that my car was done. I cannot be anymore thankful and appreciative of all the work that they put in to ensure I was able to get on the road safely. “My son had a window regulator break on his chevy cruze. He is stationed in norkfolk for the navy. Being new to the area and not having a clue on where to go for repairs. I googled auto repairs from our home in Chicago and found Bingo close to the NEX. I suggested this place for proximity and the website said they could handle the repair. I am an ASE master certified tech so it was difficult to send our car to a stranger for repair. They repaired the window same day and at a fair price. The employees had been very polite and courteous and sympathetic to the situation my son was in. Bingo will be getting all the work required on our vehicles while there and will recommend them to other military friends and family. An honest and fair automotive repair facility is hard to find when in a pinch. I would without hesitation recommend this shop. He will be using g them from now on while in norfolk. Thank you for treating me son with more than respect.”
“Overall good expierence. My appointment was for 7 am however no technicians were scheduled to come in until 8. Thankfully I was able to be flexible with my schedule and hang out at Panera until they arrived. Tire installation went well and I appreciate the walmart plus discount on the fees.”

for Tiaunna their Service Advisor.The emergency brake cable was broken.So the vehicle failed Inspection.Tiaunna worked with Priority Ford to get the part ordered and maintenance started so everything could be done.Customer Service is doing more than what's expected.With the extra effort this was a pleasant experience.”

I was helped within minutes of arriving, unlike other locations that make you wait 10-20 minutes before your acknowledged...Norfolk. I was told the cars who had appointments during that hour had already arrived and if a car got finished sooner, they would start my oil change. I was in and out in 45 minutes.”
