“OMG I cannot say enough good stuff and sing the praises of Tamika, Greg and Christian. My Honda Fit 🚙 stopped working and would not turn on. I needed to drive my car from VA to NY and was short on time. I came by and even though they were swamped and couldn’t get it done the same day they took a look at it in between their jobs and was able to give me an idea of the issue. They started working on it first thing the next day and even stayed late to ensure that my car was done. I cannot be anymore thankful and appreciative of all the work that they put in to ensure I was able to get on the road safely. So it was a little busy BUT once they ask for my keys it was fast...I DIDNT EVEN GET TO FINISH THE EPISODE OF LAW & ORDER SVU lol. for Tiaunna their Service Advisor.The emergency brake cable was broken.So the vehicle failed Inspection.Tiaunna worked with Priority Ford to get the part ordered and maintenance started so everything could be done.Customer Service is doing more than what's expected.With the extra effort this was a pleasant experience.”

I was helped within minutes of arriving, unlike other locations that make you wait 10-20 minutes before your acknowledged...Norfolk. “I have taken many of my Toyota vehicles over the years to Coastal for service starting with my 1978 or 79 Toyota Corona Station Wagon after the dealer charged a boat load and still had not fixed the problem that caused my clutch to go out. Coastal took car of the problem that turned out to be just that the dealer has used the wrong size filter! The price for the service was minimal. They have always been trustworthy and a reasonably priced. Sadly, this time that could not help me with my current Toyota's need for a new engine. :( Even so they will remain my go to for car repair.”
