The repairs were more affordable than anticipated.The technician also went above and beyond to resolve an issue that they technically aren’t specialized in- for a reasonable price. Saved me from having to buy a whole new bumper.Was able to bring my car back in after I outsourced one of my repairs and reinspected and passed for only $1 (within 15 days of rejected inspection).Would recommend to anyone looking for inspection- they don’t do appointments so make sure you have a ride for drop off/pick up and leave vehicle as early in the day as possible.”

“Ok. So. I was blessed with someone giving me and Audi but needed to put some love into it. I read google reviews for hours and hours and everyone was praising this shop. Let me tell you. Ed did not let me down. He treated me like his grandchild. He only did what was necessary he didn’t try to make money off some young looking girl in a vulnerable state. We all know this is the norm. My dad has been a customer service team manager for Hampton Chevy for 30+ years so I was anxious to take it somewhere else but I had to since they don’t specialize in Audi’s. Yes he’s still mad at me for going this route lol. Ed helped me so much I can’t begin to express how thankful I am to him. My new granddaddy. I don’t have one so he’s my new granddad.
