Someone got killed by gun shots in front of our room and they are refusing to refund my money. I’m scared and feel very unsafe.

The room had dirty hair behind the toilet and in the shower the outside window was broken. The hotel was so busy that I had to put a chair in front of the door so I can feel safe
Stayed again on 7/18 room was cleaner but the bathroom was still a hot mess

Tub was dirty, room services poor, lamp not working, did not pickup and replace used bath towels.
