The customer service and professionalism at the Element is deeply lacking. I have stayed at this location several times for business due to it’s convenient location. It is nice facility, but the level of customer care has degraded to that of a roadside motel. It is surprising that this is a Marriott hotel.

It’s Filthy, nothing works not even the workers with exceptions to Mrs. Belinda. The room had blood and feces on the carpet. They did not have clean towels. they over charge the Marriott Westin needs to disassociate their business with the element

I came for my stay for four days. The front desk rep Laila, was such a doll! She helped me check in early and when it was time to assist me printing out tickets for Ripleys, she assisted me by forwarding my emails to her to be able to print . The generosity at this hotel definitely makes me want to come back again.
