Hi, This place is not what the pictures look like. My god-sister and I reserved a weekend stay on 27 June 2025. When we got there it was dirty and it stuck very, very bad.. We went to see the room that we would be staying in and it have yellow stains on both of the bed sheets. The shower had lots of mode on the walls. It was very disgusting.. I would not want a homeless person to stay in one of their rooms. We were shown a second room and the microwave had food in it that looked like it was there for months. I informed the front desk and they wanted to show up an third room but we refused it because it probably was no better then the two rooms we seen. I said we was not staying there for a weekend in that filthy place. Oh did I mention there were bugs on the floor in one of the rooms. They charged us $161.00 for not staying.. One last thing the stair case was broken and I almost failed down the stairs.. Please don't be deceived by the pictures.

Made a huge mistake booking this hotel over a holiday weekend because other hotels were sold out. There was water coming up out of the drain into the sink that wouldn’t drain back down. There was white towel left on the dresser that was so nasty it was hard and dried up and black and there was a white substance on the dresser that wouldn’t come off. Roaches started coming from out of nowhere and there were several dead roaches on the floor. There was vomit on the walls and people who looked to be drunkards, drug users and sex workers were staying there. Management attempted to drain the sink, but acted like they didn’t know they had roaches. They would not refund the stay I booked online, so my family checked out and left. I wish I could give this place zero stars

Someone got killed by gun shots in front of our room and they are refusing to refund my money. I’m scared and feel very unsafe.

The room had dirty hair behind the toilet and in the shower the outside window was broken. The hotel was so busy that I had to put a chair in front of the door so I can feel safe
Stayed again on 7/18 room was cleaner but the bathroom was still a hot mess

My stay at this quality inn was just perfect. They were able to give me a room near the pool like I wanted. The room had everything my family needed to have a nice stay. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool outside and the kids loved it. The free breakfast in the morning was actually nice and had great option. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I am visiting in this area.

I HAVE STAYED IN SHIPPING CONTAINERS NICER THAN THIS.
I have stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries with cleaner than this. how this place has anything over a 1 star review is crazy to me.
When my party arrived to check in we where running late to our event, so after we got in our room we had no time to actually check the whole room. As soon as we walked in we felt it was very muggy/hot, and the room looked dirty but we didn't have time to inspect it, so we turned the a/c on dropped off our stuff and went to our event. When we got back we had time to investigate and what we found was disgusting the bathroom had mold growing in the corners, the tub and sink were dirty, the floors were unswept and in such disrepair that it merited replacement of the linoleum, the beds were stained and unwashed, etc... we decided we were not staying there, so we grabbed our things and went to check out, when I got to the lobby they had a child working the front desk, it was 1am, I tell the kid I'm there to check out and would not be staying there because the room was disgusting, he tells me he can check me out but I can't get a refund because it was more than 15 minutes after check-in, normally I might argue against this because like I said we didn't even stay in the room however, they had a literal child working the desk, so I just checked out and took the hit.
I want to iterate to anyone who made it this far that I cannot stand hyperbole in reviews, so I normally ignore 1star reviews but, this place really is that bad, the first parts of my review are not jokes, I attached pictures though they don't really capture how bad this hotel is because I was in a rush to leave the room. spend the extra money, stay somewhere else... or in your car.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I arrived at 11 am. At the time I made reservations, I requested early check-in. The clerk said I needed to wait for a room to be clean and available. So I went to petco a mile and a half, 7 minutes away. As I was checking out, the clerk phoned to say the room was ready. I checked in at 12:45 pm. (I was in Hampton, VA, for the Jazz & Music Festival, which started at 2pm) When I entered the room, you could see the pillows were slept on, I could shower because the tub was filthy with peeling paint, I could use the microwave it was dirty. The doors,walls & and nightstands had visible dirty everywhere in the room. I took a wash cloth and started wiping the room down. I didn't have time to request and wait for another room. Good thing I had my own bed spread in the van I used to sleep on and put on the floor for my service dogs. That is how nasty the room was. I didn't even want them to sleep on the bare floor. I had to go to the laundry to wash bed spreads when i got home. The outside was dirty & not aesthetical overgrown grass trash all over the place. A cupboard soda was in a parking place from the time I arrived and was there when I checked out. I asked for the mop, and it was disgusting. I didn't even go for the free breakfast due to the care of the room. I checked out at 9:14 am. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. It also looks like homeless people live there with shopping carts full of junk going in and out of the room next to me. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, and nice want a refund asap. I also made a BBB complaint, and I will complain to every place I can. This is unacceptable that wash cloth is some of the dirty I cleaned after I realized I should have taken the pictures first. But I immediately started cleaning so I could get dress and get to the concert on time..but the nightstand was dirty before I took the picture and that sticker didn't come off the phone didn't work and the light doesn't work if the nightstand isn't pushed against it to stay on And the floor wasn't clean at all I was so grossed out I slept in my clothes

The room itself was ok, was clean. Bed was comfortable. I booked this room through Priceline like I do many of the rooms I go to. Went to check in and I don’t drive at night because of severe night blindness I’ve suffered for years. So I do not have a valid license but I do have a valid US passport which is all I had on me at the time. I took a Lyft to get there. For the first time in nearly 10 years the guy at the desk refused my United States Passport and said he could only take a valid drivers license. Although my passport card is just as scannable as a license I’ve used it to get on flights, cruises, and every hotel imaginable. It’s a real ID… the new ones you got to have just to fly. He was rude and nasty. So Priceline had already taken the money out of my account and I left the building. Called choice hotels and filed a formal complaint, then called Priceline to get my money back. Both places could not believe he would not accept my passport as a valid ID, but Priceline had to call the front desk to verify he would not check me in. So I went back in the building so he would not lie and he accused me of being rude and nasty. Which I hadn’t been at all then finally agreed to let me check in with my federal id.Breakfast was so so, not a usual quality inn one. They had a pancake machine that didn’t work, I ended up eating Frosted Flakes. So basically a continental breakfast with a broken pancake machine. No yogurt, no nothing but broken pancake machine and bread. So do not expect anything but cereal and bread for breakfast.I chose this hotel because it was close to my house, next time I’ll pay the extra to go somewhere else.

I would never, never stay at this place again! The neighborhood is terrible; the rooms are completely dirty! It had black mold in the bathtub of the first room and my keycard stopped working on the door, so we asked for another room and the front desk lady was very helpful and changed us; at the second room I found a black hair on the bathtub, a rouch under the bed and so much dust and dirty spread in the room!! I didn’t even wanted to sleep on the bed afraid that the sheets weren’t clean! Talked with the manager soon as he started his shift and he wasn’t very helpful; said that we have 15min after the check in to look around and cancel the stay if we want a full refund!! I ended up finding another hotel (what I highly recommend!!) for my second night. Will never stay at this place again!!

BED BUGS!!! The room was disgusting when we arrived but having no other option we decided to stay anyway. Wish we wouldn’t have, the second day we found a bed bug crawling on the bed. Stay somewhere else!

People walking by my room looking in my window. Putting their hands to the glass. not sure if they were quality inn personel or not. It was in the morning, so maybe seeing if it was vacant for cleaning. However it was 9 o'clock and check out is 11 , usually, they just knock on the door. Just keep your curtains closed.
