“Jack was an awesome and attentive salesperson. He helped me put together an exquisite gift for a special person who was retiring. Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable about every cigar in the store. Jack helped me pick out a good variety of cigars, a special cigar box and some nice 50th anniversary gift packaging. Even Jack's lounge customers were pleasant and friendly. Mr. Detroit taught me how a cigar should be smoked. I hope Mr. Detroit is there on my next visit...I want to learn more :).

“There are a lot of vape shops out there , you can go to any one of the 1000's but it's not this particular shop , and it's not the prices, or the location, but it's the person behind the counter, so if you go to this shop or if your passing by this shop, and you see a man with a guitar I suggest you stop for a moment, I've heard a few times and I never disappointed, and not to mention he is so polite, and respectful and to me has a all around good vibe and I enjoy being able to go to a store now days and get someone that is pleasant and has good conversations”
