But if the company goes up, what does the store itself do just lose the money and not raise their prices. . That goes for any store. Big company stores or small.”

“Cool place. People are nice. Only issue I have is they rarely open at 8 am. There's no hours of operation on the store front either. I'm fine with people that don't open early, but if you say you're open at 8, please open at 8.”

“Jack was an awesome and attentive salesperson. He helped me put together an exquisite gift for a special person who was retiring. Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable about every cigar in the store. Jack helped me pick out a good variety of cigars, a special cigar box and some nice 50th anniversary gift packaging. Even Jack's lounge customers were pleasant and friendly. Mr. Detroit taught me how a cigar should be smoked. I hope Mr. Detroit is there on my next visit...I want to learn more :).

“I had an amazing experience here. I had bought a 2-1 vaporizer (with plenty of help from Ace) and it stopped working 2 days later :(. I brought it in and they did everything they could to help me trouble shoot, but when we came to no luck the manager (Fresh) helped me go through every similar device, giving advice and recommendations and helped me find two items I loved even more than the original for the same price as the vaporizer! ($10 more even) extremely pleasant and helpful people and I’m so glad to have this as my new regular smoke place!”
