The full Genesis Crew was Amazing- Michael, Chris, Barak, and Prep Team! Excellent customer service, got all the perks we wanted, and was able to purchase my dream car before it even got off the truck! Only scored a 4 due to it taking the full day, however it was a brand new car and everything was done in a day! Thank you!

Upon arrival I met my service advisor only to be told I was to see another employee. The 2nd employee did not get up from her chair to look at my car or check the Vin number. Instead, she immediately printed out a paper & tried to up sell over $700 worth of services. I told her that I have an appointment for maintenance, oil change & inspection. She asked of my keys are in the car, yet clearly my keys were on her desk top in front of her. I asked her if she wanted to know the mileage ? She rolled her eyes at me when I told her what the number is. In addition, she never gave me an approximate wait time nor showed me where to wait. 2 & 1/2 hours later, I asked her what the status of my wait time would be. She replied that my car is being washed. I asked her if it was being vacuumed as well. 15 minutes later. She came to the lounge with 4 sheets of paper for me to sign. Another 10 minutes later, she came back to tell me that my car was ready & handed me my keys. She did not escort me to my vehicle nor say goodbye & thank me.

Matt is Fantastic! The service here is fantastic. The ease of dropping my car off and getting a ride to where I need to go and when my car is finished then picking me up… the whole process is truly easy and great. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else!
