About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) location on Mercury Boulevard, situated in the same shopping center as a large Kroger and next to Lee Nails and Spa, is generally praised for its efficient and professional staff. The employees, such as Bettty, Alayah, and Chris, are described as hardworking, diligent, and helpful, often going the extra mile to assist customers. Despite the Saturday closing time being listed as 2:30 pm, the actual closing time is 12:00 noon, which the online information needs to be updated. The post office can get quite busy, with long lines, but the staff remains professional and efficient, often deserving of recognition through bonuses or raises. Customers appreciate the hassle-free experience, with one reviewer praising an employee, Ms. Miller, for providing a new box to use for a return, making the process smooth and convenient. Overall, the USPS location is viewed positively, with the staff's customer service and diligence being the main highlights.

Why do they consistently only have one worker assisting customers and the line be out the door. There be at least 2-3 individuals in the back despite seeing the influx of customers. There should always be at least two workers at the front at all times.
