“Every employee that I have interacted with behind the counter is always kind and professional. The lines sometimes get long, but I see them working as fast as the can without taking the humanness from the interaction. I am thankful to have a post office like this one in our city.”

405 Chesterfield Road, Hampton VA 23661
“Noticed today when I went to check my P.O. Box that this location doesn't have money orders. Never tried to purchase one here so, not sure if this is a new thing or if they never had them and just posted it so customers won't come in to purchase them. Usually pretty empty and very few people in line when there is one, and employees are polite.”

“This USPS has a 1.8 rating as of now but my experience was actually good! The man was very helpful and spoke to everyone in a great manner..none of the workers were rude or anything to anyone that I saw despite other reviews. They were very busy so give yourself a few extra minutes! I forget the man’s name that helped me I think it was Harold or pj was his nickname..he was a tall, black, bald older gentleman and he was the one that helped me..he was great and seemed to be handling everything himself almost but was still calm, collected and friendly!”
