Buddy and Anthony were amazing! They helped us get the best price for our plan and gave the best advice for our growing family. They were patient with us and very accommodating as we had our small child with us. We anticipated a long wait time but we were greeted and helped promptly. I will 100% recommend them to others. Thank you guys so much!

Please train the staff to be knowledgable to the needs of the customers...all I needed was to transfer things from one phone to another. How did my phone get connected with someone else Google account and now I have no more Mobile data, and the worst part is I had to pay for the service they did not do...and have numbers on my phone that I do not know who they are...

Highly recommend. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out, the service was outstanding. Very organized, sign-in sheet, clean, updated store and huge selection.

So I just tried to call the store and after the AI voice chat, and then an additional AI voice chat, I get the non-states based call center trying to upset me a phone and a new plan ......wth Verizon

Colossal waste of time. 35 mins for a walk-in to upgrade phones. Rep comes back with “two quotes”. One for an “upgraded plan” which she said “costs less”.
Also, can’t upgrade both phones unless you “upgrade” service. Yeah, no. The app says I am due an upgrade on both lines.
No, it didn’t. It was $20 cheaper for service and $20 more added to the bill for Netflix Disney and other crap we don’t need. Slid in device protection for $19 per line. Don’t need it. Have device coverage insurance as an addition to homeowners.
Does all of this time wasting crap then says, “these are the in store promotions. You will have to call in or go through the app to keep your same service.
Never again at this location. Time wasted = lots.

Don’t bother checking in on that useless tablet, you’ll still have to wait and they’ll see people who just walk in after you first, be rude and get their attention to make sure the staff notices you

An account manager under my account tried to pick up their phone at this location, and the employees refused to give it to him, despite proper ID and calling me to make sure he's on the account. There was an email notification and text that he's a manager. I strongly feel that due to the employee not receiving commission from this phone, they didn't care, and it showed. Super disappointed.

Customer Service Rep, Elijah was awesome. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very kind and patient. We ran into some issues during my upgrade but I trusted his problem solving skills.

They will give out defected new devices here. I chose to pick up my new device from this store when purchasing my new service online. I received a new iPhone 14 plus for $0 a month instead of $23.58 a month for a 3-year contract. I had to get the phone I received from this location replaced because it wasn't working properly. So I came to swap out the phone. When I swapped out the phone the store removed my credit promotion when they promised me that my promotion would with remain the same and it won't be affected. Come to find out later that day the store did remove the promotion. And It's been 2 days and I am still trying to get my promotion back. The store manager is dishonest and his employee, she had glasses and real long braids. I didn't catch their names. Don't come here, not only will they provide you with defective phones but will remove any credit promotions you signed up for if you swap your phone for a new one because the phone they initially gave you isn't working correctly. The phone they swapped my 1st phone out for is also defective,, it overheats and has a smoky smell coming from it. When I called the 1-800 verizon number they said it is a safety hazard and they will send me a new one from their warehouse, while still working on trying to fix my credit promotion.

I recently visited the Verizon store, and I had the pleasure of interacting with Anthony Griffin, one of their store associates. Let me tell you about my experience:

Today I finally decided to go into Verizon, and get a new iPhone. I was greeted nicely by Ben. He was super helpful without being over bearing. It was a very comfortable experience. I always dread going into places where people work on commission. They are always pushy, and honestly a little annoying. Not Ben though he was efficient, and even got us a better plan to make our bill a little cheaper. Thanks Ben for your excellent service today! this was the West Mercury location.

I went to Verizon to get a new business line, and I had waited for over an hour for the man who handled the business accounts to say come back because he had a meeting to go to. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that she was in a meeting also. It is very unprofessional considering that I have been with Verizon for years and currently have a total of 6 lines. I think I might have to switch carriers. Corporate should know what is going on in their stores. This is very disappointing from a company that I usually speak so highly of.
