“There is usually nothing good to say about being towed. When you are being towed, it is generally not a good situation. Today, my experience left me temporarily unbothered about the reality of what was next to come with my semi truck repairs. Clay came to the rescue. Clay was very professional and kind. I was so intrigued about the towing experience because of his passion. He was patient and educated me about the process and why he was so meticulous and ordered in every move. “I used their freight re-work services to fix a shifted load and get me back on the road to deliver. The freight was horribly shifted and in large 2000 lbs bags. Some were off the pallets and some had tears. It was not an easy job and offered many obstacles to get completed. These guys worked their butts off today. Matt was in charge of the job and made sure all the pallets were re stacked and wrapped back up with quality and care. I recommend theses guys for any towing/ recovery needs. They'll do a good job the 1st time.”

“Amazing experience as far as having your car towed goes. My daughter's car broke down almost an hour from our home and I was really anxious about the whole situation, but our roadside insurance sent out Andre with Fletcher & Wright to us today, and he set me at ease with a phone call before he even arrived to let me know how long he'd be (even less time than I'd been quoted) and what to expect. Having a broken down car in an area you are unfamiliar with is stressful as heck, but I really felt like Andre cared about me and my situation and was super knowledgeable and careful with my car. Mind you, it's a freezing cold Saturday and the day after Christmas, and he was talkative and upbeat and really lifted my whole bad mood about having a dead car. Not just one of the best towing experiences I've ever had, but also one of the best customer service interactions.”

“I was stranded at 5am on I-95 North bound, as I was on my way to work. I sat there for almost 2hrs as I called around, trying to find a tow truck to no avail. Finally I came across Broyles, and without hesitation, a wrecker was on its way. They picked me up, and dropped me off at my bosses house, then took my vehicle to the shop.
