“I gave Maurice a call via recommendation and he definitely saved me from the 45 minute hold I dealt with from AAA and USAA assistance since the guy would’ve needed an hour to get to me. I called him at 6:42p and he was at my destination by 6:57. He charged my battery and got me out of the parking lot ASAP. He accepted Apple Pay and his professionalism and customer service skills were also a plus.”
“J&R Towing is better than their neighbors Final Notice Towing. They pick up the phone when called and help out even when it doesn’t require them to.
Final Notice didn’t pick up their phone after towing a car in an apartment complex that wasn’t suppose to be towed. It took over 30 phone calls within 3 hours to reach them, and 10 of the calls were while they were open during business hours DURING A DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN 24 HOURS.
