No worries though the store associate Brendon was there to help we asked him so many questions for over a hour he never got irritated and answered all of my wife's questions and helped her get the perfect gift. “My HP desktop touch screen cracked. I tried calling around to get a replacement and was unsuccessful. So I decided to go to Bestbuy. They took less than 3 weeks to transport it to get repaired and returned. It cost around 300$ for parts and labor. Very reasonable as the screen alone would cost roughly 200$. And the screen is hard to get”
