They OFFERED to help us and quickly found what we needed. They OFFERED to load things for us. The three of them coordinated our purchases efficiently so we were in and out quickly. They took less than 3 weeks to transport it to get repaired and returned. It cost around 300$ for parts and labor. Very reasonable as the screen alone would cost roughly 200$. And the screen is hard to get”
