“The associates were very friendly, helpful, and professional. It took a while to get my new phone activated, but they stayed pleasant and patient the entire time, which made the wait much easier. I also watched them handle a few difficult situations in the store, including helping a person who seemed to be going through a hard time. They treated that individual with kindness, patience, and grace. It was clear they cared about helping everyone who walked through the door, and that left a really positive impression on me.”

“This is seriously a destination Sev, because the product turnover is blindingly fast. They pack soo much into such a tiny space, and keep it very well stocked. If the coffee or slurpees are empty or not ready, don't blame the store, they do very well but the community just snaps it up as fast as they put it out. I've never had a problem here at any time of day. They work hard, and it shows.”

“I was helped by the very professional Emily of the Geek Squad at the Harrisonburg store on Monday Aug. 10. She helped me understand what my computer needed and why the annual service plan made sense for me. I made a pickup appointment today, and she walked me through what had been done. Also installed both my email accounts, Microsoft365, and the HP app so I could add my printer. Great experience with a knowledgeable and patient professional.”

“Looks brand new. Pumps worked like new and everything was stocked and available...papertowels...squeegee, receipts. Ground was nice and clean by the pumps... a nice change from many filthy gas stations in Virginia where you have to watch your step. The bathroom was clean. No loud obnoxious music like some gas stations nowadays. Easy in and out and spacious gas pump area. Impressed.”
