“Staff is always beyond great! I’m a 30 minute drive from this Harrisonburg location but I tend to often stop by knowing I’ll get assisted with news on deals or an item lookup.. I nearly bought the incorrect part specific to my car but the man looked it up before my purchase and we corrected it. Much appreciation to the staff!”

“My HP desktop touch screen cracked. I tried calling around to get a replacement and was unsuccessful. So I decided to go to Bestbuy. They took less than 3 weeks to transport it to get repaired and returned. It cost around 300$ for parts and labor. Very reasonable as the screen alone would cost roughly 200$. And the screen is hard to get”

“Convenient location—right off exit for 81. Good size women’s restroom—three stalls—one handicapped. Fairly clean, well-lit, plenty of toilet paper and hand soap, high-speed hand dryer.”

“Julian was great with installing and describing all features. Added the protection plan to contract. Very professional. Great personality. Strongly recommend. Screen saver purchased was lifetime warranty only through company. Hassle getting a replacement. After having replaced by Verizon employee, screen saver had bubbles in just the same as before. Bought an otter box case and this is less than 1 1/2 years and its coming apart. Be careful of the warranty items purchased by dealer”

“Looks brand new. Pumps worked like new and everything was stocked and available...papertowels...squeegee, receipts. Ground was nice and clean by the pumps... a nice change from many filthy gas stations in Virginia where you have to watch your step. The bathroom was clean. No loud obnoxious music like some gas stations nowadays. Easy in and out and spacious gas pump area. Impressed.”
