“This was an amazing process from the start to the wonderful looking finish that was applied to my New Tesla. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more customer friendly owner who met me on a Sunday to get my vehicle put into his shops bay so it wouldn’t sit out over night. He is so detailed about the process, he found some flaws in the paint that came with the car the day after I picked it up and made it look like it was never there! Thank you for the GREAT experience!”

“Dan's was incredible to work with. I got rear-ended on I-81 and brought my car here for repairs. They were communicative and responsive throughout the process, and the people in the office were so friendly. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I explained that I was out of state due to a family emergency and wasn't sure when I'd be back. Not only did Lauren (I think!) assure me that I could come pick my car up when I could and not make a big deal about when that'd be, but she also sincerely wished me well with my family emergency. The people here care about their customers and I am so grateful for that.
In a separate instance, my girlfriend needed her front headlight assembly replaced. She had initially made an appointment elsewhere, but when we got there, we found they were closed unannounced. We were left in a jam because she was only in town for the weekend, so as a Hail Mary we called Dan's and explained the situation. Once we said we had the part on-hand already, they welcomed us in and got us out in 15 minutes for less than half the cost of what the other auto shop would've charged.

They finished it before the date they had originally gave me and I was working and they accommodated with me on picking up my vehicle from the shop!
