Recently bought a new phone through Boost Infinite. Been having issues transferring my phone number to the new phone (going from Google Pixel to iPhone). Called the Customer Service call center 3 times, and nothing was working. They told me I could go in person to get it done. Went in person, was told it would cost $45 and that she wouldn't touch my phones. She was incredibly rude. This whole process is so aggravating. I will be switching carriers at this point.

The female employees are the most rudest, uneducated people I have experienced. They lack any customer service capabilities. If I could have gave a zero rating I would have. The female employees not only refused to call their dealer customer service line but also refused to give the store mangers contact information. The manager of this store needs to provide better training for his/her employees. I had boost customer service on the phone listening to this conversation. The representative on the line asked me for the store address and phone number so he could report them. Absolutely amazed that a business would allow this.

I ordered the SIM card and it didn't work in my phone so I had to order a phone from them. It came without a charger. So I called them and they said I have to order from the manufacturer. They were only too ready to take my money for the phone and the service I never used. I had to report my credit card stolen so they wouldn't be able to steal any more money from me.

I needed phones switched. Employee said it was 45 dollars. The receipt was for a 9.99 SIM card plus a charger that I didn't need and not even compatible with my phone. Specifically asks for iPhone charger! Stopped to return charger and they said no returns offered to switch for a iPhone charger but I would have to pay the difference! Just a shady business! Stay away!!

I drove 40 min to buy a phone with a coupon and was told the only person that can do that is a manager. She MIGHT come in on a Tuesday or Wednesday. 2 employees in the store and no one trained to use a coupon. When I asked for the managers name and phone number so I can find out what day she would be here so I didn't drive another 40 min and I was told they could not give out that info that I had to call on a Tuesday or Wednesday to see if she is in then I asked for the owner of this franchise store name and info and they wouldn't give me that either! I never give a bad review because I always look for a positive! This is 100% minus 1 star!!!

WENT IN TO GET AN SD CARD FOR MY PHONE I ORDERED OFFLINE, & WAS GIVEN THE WRONG CARD, & HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE AFTER ARGUING WITH CUSTOMERSERVICE ON THE PHONE FOR A FEW HOURS. WHEN I RETURNED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY RUDE, & EVEN HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I GOT TO THE STORE. IT TOOK ME 2.5 WEEKS TO GET MY PHONE CONNECTED THRU BOOST. AFTER ALL THE CALLS, AND HANG UPS! I WAS PROMISED TWO MONTHS OF SERVICE FREE, AND ONLY GOT 1 MONTH OF SERVICE FREE!! THEY WERE ALSO SUPPOSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AND THEY NEVER DID AND STILL HAVENT!! THEY ALSO DONT OFFER THE LIFELINE PHONE HERE EITHER!!

I went in to ask about why I couldn’t buy a certain phone online and they just handed me a slip and sent me out my way without explaining anything. I also went to trade in my phone as I was told that I could at this location, and the lady was rude and said “we don’t do that here” and didn’t even look me in the eyes to tell me. 0/10 recommend this store

I have some very basic beginner questions about switching to Boost Mobile and coverage in the area that I live in the woman who assisted was very nice showed me on the screen what to expect give me a "for 4 lines to switch and there was no pressure to buy right then and there when she knew I wasn't buying that day but still gave me all the information I needed

I like Boost Mobile it's really nice in there it's just the people that work there don't know what they're doing they got to get better employees behind that desk for the company itself is good the people when they're trying to tell me I can't get a SIM card because I have to pay $10 they told me it was free she said I needed a text okay they don't tell you to keep that text and I erased it now they want to pay me $10. They want me to pay $10 that's crazy shouldn't have to pay nothing cuz their emerging no I got to do with that
