My low tire warning light came on, so I pulled into Firestone and the quickly discovered I had a screw in one of my tires. They were able to fix the tire and I only waited less than 1 hour. Great customer service.

My husband and I stopped by needing help with a suspected alternator problem. We were in the area vacationing and were needing to travel home the next day. The person we talked to told us they were full for the day and couldn’t get it tested as it would take at least 2 hours to test and they didn’t have a technician available. He said they could get us in sometime the next day at 3PM but it would be a 3 hour job. We were disappointed about the information he gave us and the lack of empathy for our situation. We were actually able to get help from another automotive place who confirmed the problem in 5 minutes and my husband was able to change it himself.

We took our car in for an inspection and asked for a quote to replace a bearing. They promptly failed the inspection and said it was the bearing, which is not on the list, marked it as the brakes, and then charged more than we were quoted for to replace it. Felt pretty shady.

They left my brake fluid cap off after I went in for new tires....These places always do complimentary checks which are money grabs and cant remember to put things back.
I found the cap in the engine compartment 3 week later after I went under my hood to check my batteries voltage. This will now be a business I no longer support because of this. You have been warned.

Good service, friendly, through. I took my car in for and oil change and tire rotation, and ended up doing an alignment with option for lifetime alignment. The service guys were attentive and polite.
