I appreciate the 9.99 price for a tire rotation but waiting almost two hours for this to be completed is not acceptable since I had a scheduled appointment. I will return in hopes that this is just something that happened because they got behind with other appointments

Very knowledgeable and understanding! We were visiting the area and woke up with a flat tire at our hotel prior to our 3.5 hour drive home. They were able to quickly squeeze me in to patch the tire right before a snow storm that night. I am so grateful for their professionalism!
