I had an appointment scheduled for 8am and I came at 8am. At 830 this still had not taken my car in. It was a small job so I checked with the desk if they would be done by 9, they said that they will see but they cant promise, they took my car in at 840 and it was out by 930. I'm disappointed that they didn't have the appointment at the time that they said they would, and I had move my day around it. Why don't you just schedule me at a time where you can get the work done?

Took my 06 escape in due to passenger side electrical issues. Spoke to Douglas and explained that the speakers and locks weren't working. I picked up my car 2 days later, he told me there was an issue with the wiring harness and he went ahead and replaced the affected wires. $313 total and nothing is fixed. Not a single issue I brought the car in to get fixed was even affected at all. It seems like he would be able to test these things after "fixing" them to confirm the job has been completed. I'm not sure if it's due to laziness or incompetence, but I will never return to this embarrassment of an establishment for anything.

I was taking a long trip to Florida. I had work done at a different dealership that was done incorrectly. This dealership took me in right away without question immediately service to my vehicle and did it the right way and got me on my way. They were absolutely amazing.

From my purchase to all my oil changes, services, etc., I have always been given fantastic care!!! My Ford Wdge is my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. Love it.

I went in and talked with Harry, told him what I needed and it was taken care of. He showed me a few trucks and the deal was done. I came back in the next day and was helped by Danny to finish the paperwork. The whole buying experience was fast and easy, which I do appreciate! Got a great deal on a great F-150 truck. When I came to pick it up Blake, a sales associate there, offer to bring it to my location for me. This was very much appreciated and showed a lot of professionalism from him. Over all my buying experience was great. Will be back for another truck soon!

Had a great experience working with Blake Cash to purchase a used vehicle. We showed up unannounced, immediately went for a test drive, and two hours after that we’d negotiated a fair price and were driving off the lot. Blake kept up with us afterwards and made sure we had everything we needed; can’t recommend enough!

This has been the worst experience! Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to be lied to. 7 weeks and my car is STILL sitting there. Poor communication as to the work (lack of work) being done to the car. Provided unrealistic timelines. First two weeks, then when you call to check on the vehicle, another two weeks, then next week, and another week. Communication is lacking.It’s obvious after reading other reviews that this tends to be standard practice for the service department at Harrisonburg Ford. If you have a warranty issue, get ready to bend over and take it. You will never receive any communication and will only receive subpar service at best.If you want to be treated like the unwanted family member at Thanksgiving, bring your vehicle here. Otherwise. STAY AWAY!

The folks at Harrisonburg Ford Service were tremendous!!! They helped me out in a critical time of need. While towing my camper, about 4 hours from home and 6 hours from my destination, my F150 started having major transmission issues. Doug in Service was excellent, put my mind at ease and he and the Service team were able to get me safely back on the road in only a short few days. And to top off the fantastic service, they had their shuttle driver get me back and forth from the campground while waiting on the repair (I don't know his name, but he was also exceptional going above and beyond). Thanks again to everyone at Harrisonburg Ford.

My Ford Fusion broke down while at Massanutten resort, it was drivable but making a horrible noise. I drove it in to Harrisonburg and spent the night. The next morning I took it to Harrisonburg Ford Service worried that I didn't have an appointment. Tim couldn't have been nicer. He arranged to have the car looked at and determined that it needed new front wheel bearings. Tim had to order them from Ford and they wouldn't arrive until the next day. My wife and I spent another night in Harrisonburg and returned the car to the dealership the next morning. After they took the wheels off the car they were able to determine that the problem was swollen lug nuts not the bearings. They were able to replace the lug nuts that morning (for less than 1/2 the cost of the bearing job) and we were on our way for the 9 hour trip home. Kudo's to Tim and crew for fixing the car and being so honest!! Tim even called later that day to make sure we were on our way and safe!

I experienced the absolute worst customer service of my life here today. I will never refer anyone back to them nor will I purchase a vehicle from them.The GM lady that was there was so rude to me I was disgusted at the fact that she even had the job that she did. Not only did she walk out with the rudest look on her face she continued to talk down to me.We had made an agreement over text and with a salesman over a price, I then got there and showed the messages as we began to make our transaction and they wouldn’t stand behind the offer made by the sales person even though we came to a very clear agreement, they confirmed the agreement was clear, and the didn’t stand to their word.I’m disgusted by this woman alone, they could have made it so much better but chose to be degrading and now here we are. I’m NOT one to do this to a business but I for one would never speak down to one of my customers in my business so I will not be treated that way.I would like to add, I was burnt once by them in the past and decided to forgive when their service department gauged my truck tires wrong for hauling and nearly caused major issues hauling with a careless mistake made by them. The service manager then didn’t offer much to make it right other than a “I’m sorry” not even a I’m going to talk to the person or make sure they’re properly educated on how one ton truck tires should be set up or anything.

Amazing service, my motor mounts were bad but the parts were on back order, but said if i found after market parts they would put them on. The parts I went for weren't standard at all, but Tim and the service team did and excellent job getting my car serviced and better than new.

So, here I was in training, in Harrisonburg VA for the week, with a Ford Explorer which needed a software update. I stopped in on Monday and spoke with Laura Cass who greeted me with a smile and a "How are you today?" I explained to Ms. Cass I am in town on training and my Explorer needed an update. I. also stated the unfortunately the only times I would be available are during the the 1200 to 1300 hours. She just smiled and said' No problem. Be here to morrow around 1215?" I Thanked her agreed.The next day around 1205 I showed up an Ms. Cass greeted me with a smile and a "Good to see You". I explained I only had until 1300 hours to be back at training and she assured me the mechanic would be right right on it. He was! Jason Holtfinger (sp?) was out on his lunch break working on my Explorer. Wow! Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, I experienced nothing but great customer service and quality work.Great team! truly hope to have the opportunity to meet with them again!
