“This was a busy store right before Valentines Day on a Saturday afternoon, in Harrisonburg, but Ms. DONNA was AMAZING and worked ENDLESSLY to process THREE RINGS I dumped on her for repair/resize. Although she admitted she was new, she didn’t panic and did an FANTASTIC JOB! I love the staff at this store and how they remain professional despite some very impolite customers around me. The cut had been right at the edge of the dedication engraving, and they were able to preserve all but a little bit!”

“Well organized store with a lot of different items. Good selection of meat and potatoes pawn shop stock (guns, jewelry, tools, instruments, etc.) But they also have a lot of unique and really cool items. Staff is friendly and they aren't pushy or overbearing like a lot of places can be. Went in today to get a randall half stack that I've had my eye on and couldn't be happier with it. I'm on the other side of the mountain in Stanardsville but it's well worth the trip; better than most of the pawn shops on this side of the mountain.”
