“This was a busy store right before Valentines Day on a Saturday afternoon, in Harrisonburg, but Ms. DONNA was AMAZING and worked ENDLESSLY to process THREE RINGS I dumped on her for repair/resize. Although she admitted she was new, she didn’t panic and did an FANTASTIC JOB! I love the staff at this store and how they remain professional despite some very impolite customers around me.
