Nancy went above and beyond to assist me, taking the time to investigate the issue and keeping me informed throughout. Thanks to her persistence, the letter was eventually located.
Without Nancy's help, I would have had no choice but to contact the relevant authorities or USCIS to request a replacement EAD, which would have been both time-consuming and stressful.
