A quiet hotel, well located for the purpose of my trip, both the hotel and the room were super clean, the staff were very pleasant, breakfast is included and offers what you need to start the day, and pets are allowed for a reasonable fee.

Great stay for a night. The room ac unit was great. Nice bed best sleep in awhile. Location was perfect for the stay to go to Massanutten water park also just about any restaurant within minutes.

The location is good, however the rooms are old but clean.
