“Overall definitely worth the price! Rooms were extremely clean & well maintained. Bathroom was extremely clean provided plenty of towels. The bed was considerably comfortable with clean blankets / sheets! The outside the INN is beautiful but rooms could use some updating. The curtains/ wallpaper were definitely aged and more of a rustic appearance but didn’t affect the experience. No breakfast buffet is available Sunday mornings so beware of that.”

“We have stayed at Hotel Madison many times and this was by far the worst visit. I will say that Customer Service with front desk staff was 5 star throughout the visit, however, that was all that was good. We started off by being charged the wrong amount when adjusting our reservation (which they did fix), then upon arrival the curtain in our room looked like it had a stain from being thrown up on (ehhh), there was hair on the blankets and the heat ended up not working (they did switch our room). Once we were switched to the new and upgraded room there were no toiletries and it seemed as if not all of the typical cleaning checks had been completed. Not dirty per se, but def. not as clean as I would like. On top of all of the that we were charged for a cot which we were not told had a fee (it has never cost money in the past stays when we booked the same room and used a cot). Overall, disappointed that the Hotel cleanliness and upkeep seems to be going downhill from its open only a few years ago.”

“Super clean and updated. Pet friendly and Bill the manager was outstanding. We were so happy the first time we came back again!!!! Highly recommend!!!Rooms: Very nice kitchenette with a dishwasher. Also loved the loan cabinet in lobby, it was very well stocked.”

“The Rooms have a Very impressive Setup. They are Well lit at night and Very Quiet. Laundry near by if needed. These are All 2 Dbl. Bed Effencies with Pullout sofa, 2 Dbl beds, Bath, Refrigerator, microwave, full sink, hot plate & a coffee maker. They are Rather Expensive and Mostly Businessman & Workers stay here more then Families that I noticed. The Main Property has The Galley Restaurant. Shops & Other near by Fast food restaurants within walking distances.”

“Our family were traveling through for the holidays and we were beyond satisfied. The staff members were very accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the fitness center was sufficient. The lady coordinating breakfast named Elyza (sp?) was the most hard working individual we have run across in years and she truly makes your experience worth it. She deserves all the recognition and praise. Thank you for what you Elyza.”

“Great hotel with bar and simple restaurant.Despite what staff may tell you, I wouldn't bring a semi truck in here. I could barely get my 40 ft centered axle trailer around the back so no chance of a 53ft trailer with rear tandems.”

“I bought a used pool table, and coordination with the seller and these movers couldn't have been smoother. The crew arrived promptly at the appointment time and were fast and careful breaking down and loading the table securely on their truck. When they got to my home they were also very careful when they assembled the table. They took great care in attaching the felt and making sure the table was level all around amd the ball returns were aligned. They even measured to make sure the table was exactly centered under the existing light fixture. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.”

“There was a mistake in our reservation. Despite the fact that over half of the rooms were empty and it was after 10:00: it's still took us 30 minutes to check in. The room was very nice and very clean.”

“Sweet ladies at the desk; 24hr coffee was pretty good, WiFi, frig, microwave and cable t.v. Beds were clean and comfy. Just needed a touch of spray bleach around the tub caulking. I would stay again.Price line gave us a great price. Didn't smell of dogs or smoking. ❤️Rooms: No stinky carpet and plenty of towels”

“My wife and I very much enjoyed our recent dinner at Joshua Wilton House. The quality of the cooking is quite high, with both duck breast and filet mignon cooked exactly as requested, and the crab beignet appetizer and the crème brûlée for dessert among the best dishes we have had in ages. Clam chowder and a green salad with gorgonzola and bacon were also outstanding, and a cut above similar dishes elsewhere in the area. Pre-dinner cocktails were well-prepared by the knowledgeable and skilled bartender. The high-ceilinged dining rooms, with white table cloths and comfortable chairs, are lovely as is the intimate bar area. Considering the high quality, the good wines by the glass, and the prix fixe offers available, the prices are reasonable for a special dinner out. Service is friendly and accommodating as well. Even though we live an hour away, we definitely plan to return soon.”
