“We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Shenandoah Valley! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring Shenandoah National Park and the surrounding area.

The staff (Sree) was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had. She was very friendly with kids as well. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and major roads. Overall, the hotel offered great value, good service, and a pleasant experience for our family.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Shenandoah Valley area!”

“Spotless and quiet. For those with sensitivities, just the slightest scent of air freshener or deoderizer in the room. Great air conditioner.
Friendly, professional staff.”

“We had an unexpected problem with a different Hilton location during our time in Harrisonburg for a wedding and needed to find a place for 4 families to stay. I was able to book all 4 rooms easily on the Hilton app and when we arrived, each family member was able to use their own credit cards to pay. The front desk clerk was nice and surprised to hear about our difficulties with the other property. The lobby was clean and had a pool table, pods to work in, and some snacks available for purchase. I believe this hotel was built within the last 6 years so it was in fantastic shape. We found the rooms clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our families. The bathroom was well lit and had great water pressure for us all to shower. We were all able to walk right next door to eat at the Cracker Barrel. We also enjoyed the breakfast. During our stay we needed a few things and found many options for shopping within a few minutes drive. Our original hotel did have a pool and the Tru unfortunately did not, but we were aware of that when we booked. The kids were a little disappointed but it was still a safer option for our families than the property were were originally scheduled to stay at. Overall, a great stay!”

“Rooms very basic with slightly dated furniture, limited amenities, and a slightly stuffy or stale smell. I opted to turn off the AC and open the window and that helped. The free cookies and popcorn at check in were a nice perk, and you can't beat the price or location if you're visiting campus.”

“Stayed here for a few nights and had a good experience overall. If you’re expecting a luxury hotel, this isn’t it. For the price, it was exactly what I needed. The room had a few minor cosmetic flaws, but it was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and I had no issues during my stay. If you’re just looking for an affordable place to sleep without spending a fortune, I’d definitely recommend it.”
