Pilot Travel Center in Harrisonburg is a decent and nice stop for travelers on I-81. It offers a variety of items, snacks, drinks, and fresh food, including a Subway. The location has an updated interior, plenty of parking and overnight parking, and high-speed fuel pumps. The staff are described as friendly, nice, professional, and hard-working. A key highlight is that the store and restrooms are consistently noted as being clean. However, food availability can be limited later in the day. The center provides convenient amenities like Wi-Fi, showers, and a mobile app for exclusive deals and reservations.
This is one of the better pilots that exists. The showers are spotless with good water pressure and the store is always clean. I get fuel and do my 10hr break here at least once a month.

It was pretty clean and has a good selection some good-looking hot food like pizza and sandwiches, plenty of cold to go options
But they need to tighten up that cold brew, cause boy that thing moldy

Not a bad stop. Clean, efficient. But, I've always wondered why they don't keep much food available for the customers. There are tons of chips, drinks, candy, etc but you don't find much as far as hot fresh food. A subway, Wendy's or something would be appreciated.
