To start, some of yall complain about it being super busy. That's the whole point in any business, to be the #1 spot to go to. So automatically I believe they're doing something right to pack the place with customers. And with that may be longer wait times. Using the app, you see what your wait time is before placing the order and at least for me, they've always been accurate.
Let's talk about the the bathrooms and the cleanliness of the store...did anyone ever think they may be short staffed? It's not the employees fault either. They all show up and do the best they can with that they have available. We talked before about how busy it gets. In the middle of those busy times, short staffed possibility, no one can be in multiple places at once. The main goal here is the customer always being taken care of the best way they can be. Which means at times, they aren't able to clean to perfection in that very moment you are in the store. But I can promise you 2 things: One, they do clean daily multiple times times. It's 24/7 365 so they do their very best. Second, they always have toilet paper in the bathrooms. If you're unhappy, go to 7-11. You'll change your opinion of Sheetz when you experience the mess of 7-11.
Not everything is perfect. Not everything is on time. But also, if you have issues and think you could do it better, then apply for a job. Give them extra assistance. THEN you'll understand they aren't lazy. They're just busy and maybe short staffed. You should also try passing encouragement their way too. When you tear employees down, that just makes their job harder. And you never know, ypu could be chipping away at someone's self esteem who are giving the best they can.
If they've ever missed an item I ordered, they're very kind and they give you what you're missing without arguments. Being respectful and kind to employees gets you further than if you walk all over them cause they make mistakes. It's also much easier to keep customers who aren't mean. Just saying..don't bite the hand that handles your food and feeds you.

“Lovee Kings Market. If you can’t find that specific vape you’re looking for 9 times out of 10 Kings has it all stocked up! They also sometimes do discounts for most of the
dispo vapes if you buy 2 or more. Jay and I’m not sure the other guys names but they’re all very friendly which is always a plus. Andd they still carry Arizona cans for .99¢ unlike most other places around here that raised the price. 10/10 recommended!”

“This was great. My husband went n2 this place to use the restroom which was clean and then purchased a soda. As he was coming out he ran n2 a good friend that he hasnt seen in years. They struck up a conversation for a long time. He came back to the vehicle so happy.”

“Came got some OTM food at 4:45 am , I ordered MTO Burger that came with Pepper Jack Cheese , Ketchup,Mustard, Pickles, And Jalapeño’s with Cup Of Fryz , My Fiancee ordered Sausage Bunz (3 pack) with Onion Petals with Old Bay Seasoning , and Mozzarella Sticks for her side. In total we spent $26.54 on the food.
When we came home with our food , thats when we realized they didn’t give us our Sauces we asked for which was side of Ketchup and Marinara sauce.
This is ridiculous why is that every time when we order food here they always forget sauce which asked on ordering menu prompt computer if you want any. , pretty annoying if you ask me.
Overall its 4 star rating , would been 5 star if they didn’t forget our sauce !!”

“Looks brand new. Pumps worked like new and everything was stocked and available...papertowels...squeegee, receipts. Ground was nice and clean by the pumps... a nice change from many filthy gas stations in Virginia where you have to watch your step. The bathroom was clean. No loud obnoxious music like some gas stations nowadays. Easy in and out and spacious gas pump area. Impressed.”
