A great variety of veggies & fruit, good quality meat & seafood, and surprisingly good sushi for a supermarket (look for sushi sales on Wednesdays).My only complaint, and it's a pretty glaring one: the website is incredibly bad. It'll list a plethora of different items as "available in store", yet when you show up a few minutes later: they are nowhere to be seen. It's 2023, it's not that hard to come up with a competent POS system that deducts from stock with each purchase made. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's been burnt this way.That being said, it's still my favorite place to get groceries in town. Just don't get your hopes up if they have something listed as "available" online.”

“I love everything about La Morena & eat here regularly. My go to dishes are either the burrito supreme or an array of tacos, sopes, gorditas, and pupusas. I’ve never had a bad dish from here. Since the pandemic I’ve been doing a lot of take out from La Morena and it’s always easy, but I also love to eat there from time-to-time. Their salsa bar is top notch, the food is awesome, and the service is great. 10/10 definitely the spot I most recommend to folks who are visiting or new to Harrisonburg”

The owner moved to the U.S. from Ethiopia about 10 years ago; he took time to explain what goes into different dishes and make specific recommendations for each of the people in my group. “I’ve been to this Sheetz location a few times for the “fast” food they sell.I feel like they try to promote that their food is made fast and quick but I feel that it is mediocre and average, comparing it to McDonald’s, McDonald’s is way faster. Sheetz service is flawed despite the customers waiting.The curly fries are delicious, and crisp. Their fries are unique because I haven’t really tried anything like it before so they are definitely doing something different. Chicken is also seasoned correctly and crisply cooked — a beautiful light brown color.”

“Looks brand new. Pumps worked like new and everything was stocked and available...papertowels...squeegee, receipts. Ground was nice and clean by the pumps... a nice change from many filthy gas stations in Virginia where you have to watch your step. The bathroom was clean. No loud obnoxious music like some gas stations nowadays. Easy in and out and spacious gas pump area. Impressed.”

The man is always friendly and professional with a laid back demeanor. It's always a pleasure to chat with him and see what anime he has on for the customers.
