They try to tack on extra costs and dont speak to you. Dont smoke and didnt but some how there is evidence i smoked. Nope i got my money back from the bank and you can go to hell.

This small hotel is located within a two to five-minute drive of several restaurants and places to shop! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor pool was nice. The shower had lots of hot water and excellent water pressure, but it was loud for some reason.
I was disappointed by breakfast since it mainly featured carbs (mini muffins, toast, prepackaged oatmeal, and bread), although the waffles were good. A larger eating area would be beneficial as the four two-person tables filled quickly each morning.
Rooms: The rooms were adequate and comfortable. Although, I wouldn't pay much over $120 a night.
Nearby activities: Tons of places to shop!
Food and drinks: You can find everything from fast food (Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, Krispy Kreme) to steakhouses (Texas Roadhouse, Outback, Longhorn), Mexican, Chinese, and pizza (Domino's and Pizza Hut).

Rooms were really small. So were the beds. it was fine for one night. but, i’ll look elsewhere nearby next time for a little more luxury.

Check in guy was a bit overwhelmed as there was a line waiting to check in. While waiting in line several people came back to the desk as their room card did not work. All told took half an hour to check in, and that was before the charter bus arrived. Breakfast had waffles, small muffins, toast and oatmeal, not much if a selection. The room was good. For the price, was a great value.
Rooms: Rooms were clean, lots of space in our king room plus an extra chair.

Best hidden gem! Stopped here the last few years on my way home to see my mom.
Rooms: Great beds, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN
Safety: Felt very safe traveling with my daughter's.
Walkability: Texas Roadhouse, Walmart and other restaurants.

One of the worst hotel stays ever! $180!! This place is a dump! Not in a very appealing area, I was glad my truck was still out there in the morning. Room was gross! Tv remote was sticky, floors were sticky ?wall paper peeling off the bathroom walls. Tub was gross, all the caulking was split and it was black In Between the cracks. Someone was running down the hall at 2AM. The only positive I can provide is the water pressure was good in the shower!
Folks - we warn you, sleep in your car instead.

2nd Update- As of 06/28/24, still have not received discounted rate for room/refund for having a broken AC. Bumping down another star and longer recommend this hotel at all. Rates have gone up and service has gone way downhill.
Update- 06/22/24 to 06/23/24 My dad and I were staying overnight on our trip up to PA for a family vacation. Hotel was overbooked so they upgraded our double room to a single kind suite. My dad slept on the pullout sofa and had to go back downstairs to ask front desk for sheets. Also, had to call front desk because our AC wasn't working/blowing hot air; as maintenance was out for the day (this was around 9pm) he promised a discount for the room (hopefully will actually receive). Upon waking up and going downstairs for breakfast there is only waffles as the hot component. As someone with wheat and dairy allergies, I couldn't eat anything they had to offer (waffles, yogurt, toast and muffins). Super disappointed and will not be staying again. Not sure what happened between last year and now but major downgrade.
Perfect location right by multiple shopping centers, rt. 81, and MANY restaurants. Hotel looks newly renovated and my family loved how clean and well-maintained it was. Receptionist was very friendly and even recommended a few shows to watch since we're big crime and thriller fans. Beds are comfortable and water hot. Breakfast was delicious; I really enjoyed the sausage gravy but the food goes fast so wake up early or wait for them to restock.

Just a warning to locals (anyone living within 40 miles of this hotel), they will straight-up deny you and not let you get a room. It really doesn't make sense to me, even from a corporate standpoint because the company loses money like this. I had booked my room from Expedia and was denied at the counter when I showed my ID. Now I have to call Expedia and try to get my money back and go through all of that. My entire plans would have been canceled for the weekend. My friend and I needed a place to stay! Thankfully my friend was from way out of town and we had to book it through his name. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, so tiny that I couldn't really even get dressed in there. My friend just wanted to a cup of yogurt while checking out from the complimentary breakfast at around 10:30 and we were rudely told (basically yelled at) that "breakfast stops at 9:30'.

We call it the NO SOAP hotel. . .do not stay here. Cleaning staff need some instruction!
They need to take out the ear buds and headphones. Hotel has dingy appearance and needs renovation. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet! Unbelievable! What a joke!
Don’t expect a hot shower only a “warm” one.
In the morning — as we were leaving we asked — “Why no soap?” We were told “Delivery truck issues.” The desk person with stringy long hair gave no apology, and acted like we were bothering him. Well why not go out and buy soap for you hotel guests? Idiots.
Why didn’t you tell us when we checked in!
Anyone giving this hotel a good review is crazy.
Poor management. Deficiency in cleaning.
Forget this hotel.
