The Quality Inn Harrisonburg I-81 is a small, clean, and comfortable hotel conveniently located within a short drive to several restaurants and shopping areas. Guests appreciate the bright rooms, comfortable beds, and the presence of amenities like an outdoor pool. The rooms are described as adequate and well-maintained, offering good value for the price, especially considering the location. The hotel provides a free breakfast, which includes waffles, muffins, toast, and oatmeal, though some find the selection limited and note that the breakfast area can be small and crowded. The staff, especially Robert and Rachel, are highlighted as friendly, professional, and welcoming, making guests feel safe and at home. Check-in can sometimes be slow due to lines or technical issues with room cards. Nearby dining options range from fast food to steakhouses, Mexican, Chinese, and pizza places, making dining easy for guests. Overall, many guests consider this a great stopover spot, calling it a hidden gem with a warm atmosphere and good location close to shopping and dining options.
Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet, really not much to complain about for the price. The included breakfast was also a nice touch. Room was a bit on the smaller side but perfectly functional. Would stay again.
