I called their shop and they told me to come by the following day and they'd take a look.We took it for a drive around the block (it was only making the noise when I was idling) and said it sounded like my heat shield was loose.He crawled under, and my heatshield was indeed loose. He removed it, and the entire thing took 20 minutes.Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.I would recommend. They seem to be quite busy, but they'll help you out!”

I went in and was told to come back in an hour, then was in and out in 25 minutes. They look like pretty good tires as well.”

“I'm from Georgia and needed my daughter's vehicle evaluated while briefly in Harrisonburg. My initial thought from the reviews was that there were plenty and various positive reviews. Too many to be falsely generated. When I arrived Randy already had me on their schedule and had briefed his son regarding the vehicle. Randy Jr. checked the vehicle, ran tests to confirm his initial thoughts, and advised that everything was okay. Randy Jr. even spoke with my wife in Georgia to assure her. They were very busy but told me they’d help me out if I came back in a half hour. When we returned they promptly checked and refilled our oil at no charge! We were so grateful for AAMCO’s generosity.
