“These guys are awesome! Hit something on the road and damage the underbody protection plate. Was in town for the day for orientation at JMU and needed a quick fix so I could get back home. They worked me into the schedule and got me taken care of in under 30 minutes. The price was very fair and they were quick and professional. If you’ve got a problem and you need a hand, these are your guys. They are also big soccer fans which is a plus in my book.”

“Super judge free and amazing service! As someone who doesn’t know much about cars going to the shop makes me nervous. However, Carl made me feel super comfortable about everything and was so nice!! I highly recommend :)”

“We had an outstanding experience with Car ER. Our son is a JMU student and needed a replacement clock spring for his car. With him being away from home, it meant a lot to work with a shop that was honest and professional throughout the entire process. The communication was excellent, the work was completed promptly, and the whole experience felt truly top class. A special thank you to Julie, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and reassuring from beginning to end. We highly recommend Car ER to JMU students and families looking for trustworthy automotive service in Harrisonburg.”

“They have always been very professional and courteous to me. They don't just "hang" parts but get it right the first time. As well, they are very compatible in the rates they charge. I would recommend and have recommended their services to others.”

“Hit some debris on 81 and lost a tire. We were 300+ miles from home and needed a tire. Called them up and they said bring it right in. They were able to get me an exact match to my tire in an hour and within 2 hours we were back on the road. The receptionist was super nice! Great service, fair price! Blessed to have a break down near them!”

“I don’t easily trust mechanics after some past experiences, but Donny and the team at this AAMCO have always been fair, honest, and transparent with me. They also aren’t eager to do any work or fixes that my vehicle doesn’t need. For the first time in my life, I have felt comfortable bringing my vehicle to the same people for multiple services. I haven’t found better prices elsewhere and they always treat me well.”
