I called their shop and they told me to come by the following day and they'd take a look.We took it for a drive around the block (it was only making the noise when I was idling) and said it sounded like my heat shield was loose.He crawled under, and my heatshield was indeed loose. He removed it, and the entire thing took 20 minutes.Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.I would recommend. They seem to be quite busy, but they'll help you out!”

“The mechanic that worked on my car was very efficient and did the job fairly quick. I saved a couple hundred dollars by bringing in my own pads for my brakes and they allowed me to do that. I only had to pay $88 for the labor. Fire stone was going to charge me $380 just for the rear brakes. They did not overcharge me for the labor. Also the mechanic wrapped up some cord that was hanging down in the back of my SUV that was a part of my tow package. Without asking me he just repaired it. I like the fact that I can watch them work on my car through the window. So I asked him about it and I thanked him for doing it. He saw a need and he fixed it. The manager got a little uptight because I was asking him so many questions, but other than that he was also nice.”

“This place is the only garage I allow to mount and balance my tires for all four of my vehicles. I recently needed 16 lug nuts for a 14 Fusion that had the chromed tin covers and had become boogered up due to poor Ford manufacturing. AA had what I needed and installed them for a reasonable price. This is a professional shop and they provide professional service at very competitive rates. Cannot recommend any higher.”
