Would not recommend going here. I broke my phone while I was traveling a few months ago and stopped here on my way to my destination. Normally I go directly through Samsung, but I didn’t really have a choice this time. I do not recall the name of the young man that helped me at the store but according to his coworkers, he was new.
He sold me a plan that was even more expensive than my current one (even though I really just need basic service) and sold me the wrong case for my phone (so I had to drive 40 minutes back on another day just to exchange it; THEN I had to pay ANOTHER $30 for the new case).
Note, I also bought an InvisibleShield from them. I have used this in the past. But the one they sold me started getting weird kind of film-like marks on it in less than 2 months. Never had that issue before.
Anyway, I get my bill and it’s fairly significantly higher than what he quoted me. So I went in to the store once I got back home to return my old phone and inquired about the higher charges and how to fix them. Essentially, all incentives are tied specifically to what you signed. So if I altered my plan for a cheaper one (which, according to the guy they DID offer, and which should have been done in the first place), I would lose all the trade-in incentives on my phone. I asked what if I just paid the phone off so I could switch companies and was told the same thing. So now I’m stuck for three years. This is why I stopped using Verizon for a new phone.
They also recently changed the auto-pay discount to be HALF of what it was. Verizon used to be worth the extra money but between the customer service, the cell service (I have not found “5G” to be very efficient) and the pricing, it isn’t anymore. I’ve been with them for 20 years but once I’m able, I’m switching.

When I entered the store, reps were busy with other customers. I sat to wait my turn. Another couple entered the store, and the rep left his customer to help the couple who just entered. He spoke with them and told them they would be next. As there was nobody in line. I promptly stood up and thanked him for his service, and walked out. Went across the parking lot to another cell phone provider. It literally took 2 minutes for them to help me with my phone. Service at this store was terrible.

Terrible customer service Having me wait for more than 30 minutes for a simple charging port cleaning while the employees just sit behind the desk talking and sitting on there phones or just randomly walking around doing nothing take the initiative to help your customers Verizon

It was great, i came in on Saturday and specialist team member named Dakota was very helpful with helping my mom get me new phone line and swap my iPhone XR to iPhone 14 , He did excellent job and everything.
I will definitely be back here again if i have any problems down the road , a job well done at this store location, i was impressed .

Donnay was great! Ignore all the 1 star reviews from entitled people. The staff here are dealing with customers all day long who refuse to acknowledge the smarts, attitudes, and expertise that they have.
They got me all set up on a new upgrade in no time and we had great conversation while doing it!
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes I'm sure. Great service.

Was hesitant to go here because I saw the reviews were not great, but we decided to try anyways because my phone was having an issue. The manager couldn't have been any less helpful, and was very rude and condescending from the minute we entered the store. And the employees were making rude remarks about people who were in the store right in front of us. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

The manager was rude and dismissive. Told me to call the 800 number for help. The lady on the phone was helpful and said "usually the store will call us for help with this issue." Our guy could not be bothered to help. I'm taking my $200+ monthly bill elsewhere as a result. This was the final straw. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This Verizon location is absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was kind and attentive, but the 2 people that helped me (I believe their names are Aaron and Jared) went above and beyond. To say they were helpful would be too small of a word for the level of service they provided.I was moving my phone number from another provider to Verizon. This number is very important to me because it was my sister's phone number before she passed away. They did not know this, but they still spent several hours on the phone with support, my previous provider, anyone that could help get my number ported over. They could have just told me to get a new number, which would have been much quicker and easier, but they did everything in their power to help me.I cannot express how grateful I am that they put in so much effort to help me keep my number. I was able to keep that number thanks to them.
