Was hesitant to go here because I saw the reviews were not great, but we decided to try anyways because my phone was having an issue. The manager couldn't have been any less helpful, and was very rude and condescending from the minute we entered the store. And the employees were making rude remarks about people who were in the store right in front of us. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

The manager was rude and dismissive. Told me to call the 800 number for help. The lady on the phone was helpful and said "usually the store will call us for help with this issue." Our guy could not be bothered to help. I'm taking my $200+ monthly bill elsewhere as a result. This was the final straw. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This Verizon location is absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was kind and attentive, but the 2 people that helped me (I believe their names are Aaron and Jared) went above and beyond. To say they were helpful would be too small of a word for the level of service they provided.I was moving my phone number from another provider to Verizon. This number is very important to me because it was my sister's phone number before she passed away. They did not know this, but they still spent several hours on the phone with support, my previous provider, anyone that could help get my number ported over. They could have just told me to get a new number, which would have been much quicker and easier, but they did everything in their power to help me.I cannot express how grateful I am that they put in so much effort to help me keep my number. I was able to keep that number thanks to them.

I had a very hard time getting my ATM card to work right to pay my bill but the guy there after working with it for a while helped me figure it all out and I got my bill paid! It also took him awhile, but that was because of the machine!

I don't remember his name, but the male red head with glasses that works here is extremely rude. I wouldn't suggest coming to this store unless you want him to catch an attitude for absolutely no reason.

Rashad was incredibly helpful. After struggling with AT&T for hours trying to unlock my phone for a carrier transfer and getting nowhere, Rashad, a Verizon employee, figured out AT&Ts system and got me transferred over.

Four hours to close a business account, open a personal account, and buy one new phone- ridiculous. They also gave me a new number that still listed under someone else's name. What a mess.

I'm Verizon customer and have account with Verizon for over 9 years. I had couples issues with Verizon. Everything start on 11/04/2023. I upgraded my account to business account. And I get offer to trade my old phones and get new phones. They value my old phones two of them $800 each and one $450. I get the new phones and they told me the credit for old phones will apply in three months which is three bills cycle. Three months pass and the credit didn't apply. I went to the store and they call the customer service. They told me it will take another three months to apply and three months pass and nothing happened. I called customer service couple of times and they confirmed that the phones was found and the credit will apply in one cycle billing. Which one month and nothing happened. I called customer service and asked for Supervisor or manager and they keep saying that manager are busy and they can help I explain and same thing. Right now I'm over paying for the phone ever months about $150. I had to cancel to of my lines because of all that. Two of my employees ask to switch they service with another carrier. I just want to end all that my account number 942561692-00001Owner of account Ali.I just want to say finally thing Verizon used to be one of the best carrier in the area and they had the best customer service but now no thereare great people the the office and they help with what they can but the customer service through the phones are not good at all because %99 percent of them work remotely.. For myself once I finish with the contract I will see if things stay like this I will switch to another carriers there is so money in this area and they offer good deals.

Been here twice to get new phone. When I finally was waited on, it seemed the employees were incompetent as it took over an hour each time to activate phones. If you value your time don't come here.

I have been to this Verizon 3 times so far and everyone who has been working has been nothing short of helpful! BJ helped my husband and I the first two times I came in and BJ along with Stephanie helped me with some discrepancies in my bill. Both of them were extremely personable, kind, and made me feel at home in the store. Couldn't recommend this Verizon store more. Thanks BJ and Stephanie!
