Well for those of you who just read the first sentence or two, I VERY mistakenly gave them the benefit of the doubt when I came in to apply for a credit card. Surely, even with their slew of one stars reviews it can’t be THAT bad, right? Correct! It is not THAT bad, it’s much worse actually!
When I went to set my appointment the branch was almost entirely empty, yet I still needed to come back to actually apply for the credit card or make an appointment (literally at what bank would it take over an entire hour to apply for a credit card in 2025?) , which setting the appointment apparently can’t be done in branch according to the teller I spoke to.
Go and set the appointment, show up 10 minutes early and am greeted with about a 20 minute wait due to the grand total of two customers in front of me and a singular teller in the lobby and another made to run between drive thru and lobby (so much for setting an appointment time).
During the application process, I was assisted by Chris who showed me the differences between the cards and I had personally expressed that it was important to me that they had a physical location as I had had trouble with balance transfers in the past. After the application is approved, I ask Chris a few questions one in particular of which one their own Credit Card department confirmed he had lied about; I specifically asked Chris multiple times about this ‘temporary increase just for the balance transfer’ as I had never heard of such a thing and supposedly, neither has Wells Fargo’s Credit Card Department. Speaking of, Chris decided to conveniently leave out the part that all balance transfers cannot be completed in branch until after the application was completed and otherwise must be completed over the phone, so much for having a physical location being important to me.
Outside of this credit card, I will never return to Wells Fargo and I advise any and everyone else to avoid banking with them. The only reason I came was the 21mo 0% balance transfers card, which by the way Citi Bank offers the same.
Tl;dr: Save your time, save your money and stay as far away from Wells Fargo as possible.

Mrs. Chris & Mr. Chris were two of the best and most helpful people. I came in with a very hard task and they did everything they could to help me and made it all workout and happen. Both were very polite and helpful. Thank you to the both of them. Wish them the best. Would recommend banking here just by the two of them.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would do it. Worst service ever. I brought some of my savings in coins. Teller asked me to count my own coins. Wasn't that supposed to be her job? It's the only bank in the world where a teller does not want to count money!!! Never coming back to this branch! You need to hire more and better prepared staff!

All new staff and know where near as efficient or friendly. Not the same Wells Fargo that I've had became accustomed to. Been going to this branch for over 25 years and all I can is it's recently went down hill.ha My last three consecutive visits have prompted me to leave this review,
long wait and no friendly customer service!

Wells Fargo is a constant disappointment. They are too large and impersonal, unfriendly to small business. Everything is more difficult than it needs to be.

Christina micheal told me you can’t open new account. I have closed my account 9 weeks ago and Wells Fargo mail me a letter for opening with bonus , but she didn’t open it for me .

I've already answered this question, and it would take very much too long for me to text everything, I just had a new account open because my old one was compromised, and then another new account was opened that I didn't ask for. So I had to get with a banker and call the number on the back of my ATM card, I was also send a new ATM card that I was very happy with. Now I've been sent another ATM card. But I put it in my drawer and I hit it. And now I was informed that there is another brand new ATM card being sent to me. I don't need a whole lot of brand new ATM cards, I'm afraid of eventually someone will get ahold of one of these cards and activate it and completely empty my account! I don't know how to get them to stop sending me a new ATM cards! And if I don't activate any of these new ones, are they going to deactivate the new one that was sent to me that I use all the time and I'm perfectly fine with and happy with? There's no you sending me a message through my Wells Fargo app because now the messages aren't coming through anymore and I don't know how to fix that.

There service has always been horrible, hence why I closed my accounts with Wells Fargo many many years ago! Only reason I went into the branch was to cash a check that was drawn from my other account thru Bill Pay and the issuing bank was Wells Fargo. Every single time I have gone into this branch it has been an issue…. And the root of the issue comes from a lack of knowledge and problem solving skills… I used to be a branch manager so I know that my request could be handled… otherwise my bank wouldn’t let me deposit the check into my account with a better banking institution.

ATM services are literally always down. It hasn’t been the first or second time that I’ve been here after work (after their business hours) and they are having issues with their server or their ATM system.
It is annoying that you are stuck and cannot deposit any money to your account. The ONLY SINGLE ATM is down, it is closed and the tellers are closed.
